Individual therapy involves meeting with an individual client to help with the client's present concerns. Provides outpatient mental health services for individuals (children/youth age 5 and above, adults, and older adults), families, and couples. Services include individual counseling, couples/relationship counseling, family therapy, parenting education, stress management, behavior modification, play therapy, and career counseling. Offers an intensive ten-week individual therapy aimed at understanding the sources, triggers and inappropriate expression of anger. Participants learn more appropriate ways to deal with and express anger.

Organizes teens and young adults to address complex, systemic issues that impact our communities. Through advocacy and direct action, teens focus on solutions related to police brutality, restorative justice, voter suppression, internet access, healthcare, and Black mental health.
