The Pals Go to College program helps students reduce stress and promotes relaxation during exams, as well as assisting students to cope with the pressures of college life all semester long by bringing pets in for visits.

Individual therapy involves meeting with an individual client to help with the client's present concerns. Rose Tree's Individual Therapy program offers counseling in the following categories: - Depression - Low self esteem - Adult children of alcoholics - Anxiety and stress - Survivors of sexual abuse - Interpersonal difficulties

Offers an intensive ten-week individual therapy aimed at understanding the sources, triggers and inappropriate expression of anger. Participants learn more appropriate ways to deal with and express anger.

Offers women's behavioral health clinic staffed by WPIC and located in Magee Women's Hospital.

Provides prevention education (drug, alcohol, tobacco), student mentoring, and life skills training focused on resilience and decision making for healthy choices.

Offers culturally relevant workshops focused on areas such as managing stress, entrepreneurship, healing from trauma, conflict resolution, career readiness, healthy relationships, and current events. Organizes teens and young adults to address complex, systemic issues that impact our communities. Through advocacy and direct action, teens focus on solutions related to police brutality, restorative justice, voter suppression, internet access, healthcare, and Black mental health.

Provides outpatient mental health services for individuals (children/youth age 5 and above, adults, and older adults), families, and couples. Services include individual counseling, couples/relationship counseling, family therapy, parenting education, stress management, behavior modification, play therapy, and career counseling. Offers a workshop 1 to 2 times per month with emphasis on dissolving deep seated tension; soothing the nervous system and cultivating stillness to counteract the fast paced/stressful demands of every day lives.

Provides individual, family, couples, children, and adolescent counseling, education, and consultation through a team of psychologists, professional counselors, clergy, and business consultants. Faith and spirituality may be integrated, if desired by the client.
