Most services available to persons ages 60 and over, except for the 55+ Job Bank, Job Bank Workshop and Senior Community Services Employment Program which begins at age 55 and older. Domiciliary Care, Long Term Care Assessments, Ombudsman and Caregiver Support Program available for persons 18 years and older.

Provides assistance to older citizens. Services include escorts to appointments, church services, and grocery shopping; referrals to senior resoures, telephone reassurance calls, and caregiver relief.

Provides non-medical In-home care services to eligible participants in the Community Health Choices(CHC) program. Offers a participant's unpaid caregiver a short break from caretaking duties. Service can include providing assistance in activities of daily living (ADLs) or doing household tasks, managing money, and cooking.

Provides a wide range of services designed to work with clients to thrive in the home environment best suited to their needs. Assessment of need is done through our office and we work with volunteers and subcontractors to deliver appropriate service. Some of the services are: A) Home Delivered Meals: A meal is provided to functionally disabled, home-bound, or convalescent people age 60+ B) Personal Care Service: Provides personal grooming help - bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting and transferring C) Respite Care: Program designed to provide relief to the primary caregiver. Eligibility and hours will be determined in the assessment process D) Chore Service: Minor home repair may be possible when safety and necessary upkeep is required E) Protective Services: Reports of abuse can be made by calling 717-334-9296 or 800-548-3240 24 hours a day

Provides in-home and community-based services including bathing and dressing assistance, personal hygiene, ambulation assistance, incontinence care, meal planning and preparation, medication reminders, light housekeeping and home making, laundry and linen, errand service/shopping, and more. Provides both personal care and respite care.

Home-based services available to assist consumers who are able to live independently but having difficulty meeting their activities of daily living.

DAILY LIVING ASSISTANCE TASKS: bathing, dressing and grooming, doing laundry and getting groceries.

RESPITE CARE: sole caregiver of a consumer is able to leave the home for short periods weekly for business or recreational purposes.

HOME SUPPORT SERVICES: assistance with laundry and grocery shopping for up to 2 hours every other week. Note: laundry and grocery shopping are private pay.

Trained care assistants from contracted Home Health Agencies provide the services authorized by the care manager.

Coordinates a network of trained volunteers who provide one-on-one services to the elderly and those with special needs. Services include door-to-door transportation and escort, visitation, shopping, respite care, and Caregiver Canines with Certified Therapy Dog visits. Volunteer Opportunities are available.

Provides a wide range of non-medical home care services including companion care, respite care, home making services, hands-on personal care, and assistance with activities of daily living that help clients achieve and maintain their maximum level of independence and well-being at home.

Offers supportive services to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services include early intervention for children, an adult training facility and day care, vocational rehabilitation, and respite care.

Offers non-medical home care including errand running assistance, personal care, live-in support, meal preparation, dementia care, hospice care, medication assistance, and transportation services.

Provides non-medical personal assistance home care, home health nursing care and skilled physical, occupational and speech therapist. Services are provided in the individuals home or other independent living environments. Accommodates ongoing care, one-time-only requests when regular caregiver/family member is out of town.
