Campus and community homes and apartments offering respite, semi-independent living, supported living programs, and shared-living programs/lifesharing, vocational and employment services. Devereux Pennsylvania Adult Services (formerly known as the "Whitlock Center") serves nearly 400 adults living in homes and apartments throughout southeast Pennsylvania, as well as in our Berwyn community. Our dedicated team of 600 staff, ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses, to recreational and direct staff professionals, all work with one common goal: the happiness, self-fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community.

Provides home health care, hospice, home-based palliative care, and private duty home care services.

In Home Respite/Family Aide service is provided to supervise and support individuals with intellectual disabilities/autism living in private homes on a short-term basis during times when their primary caretaker is absent or needs relief.

Program that provides a brief period of relief or rest for family members, guardians or other people who are regular caregivers for dependent adults or children by offering temporary or intermittent care in the home or in community settings/facilities.

Provides a range of customized living arrangements and levels of care for older adults including independent living cottages and apartments, personal care suites, respite care, and non-medical stays for those who live independently.

Provides non-skilled In-Home Caregivers to help clients gain and maintain new independence in essential activities of daily life. Services include bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, food prep, shopping and errands, light housekeeping, socializing, encouraging engagement, and respite for family caregivers. PennCares community habilitation services-for adults ages 21 and up with intellectual disabilities. PennCares community habilitation services foster personal growth with goal-oriented activities to develop and enhance independent living, recreation, socialization, and other life skills.

Provides nonskilled caregiving, pediatric care, and developmental services for individuals in need of -in-home assistance.

Provides non-medical home care, respite, companionship, and community integration support services to disabled and aging clients, ages 18+, residing in the service area. Services include case management, bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, oral care, companionship, food shopping, meal preparation, feeding, light housekeeping, telehealth services, and accompaniment to medical and community appointments. Also provides assistance with applying for Medicaid funded services.

Provides non-medical, in-home care, or in-facility care for seniors. Services include Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Parkinson's Care, Companion Care, Personal Care, Transitional Care, Respite Care, and End-of-Life Support Care.

Provides non-medical personal assistance home care, home health nursing care and skilled physical, occupational and speech therapist. Services are provided in the individuals home or other independent living environments. Accommodates ongoing care, one-time-only requests when regular caregiver/family member is out of town.

Provides non-medical programs serving older adults with individualized assistance in their homes. This program is designed to keep seniors from having to enter assisted living and/or nursing facilities. Care team prepare a meal or assist a loved one with daily living and help with reading or writing letters or escorting a loved one to social activities.

Provides home health and hospice, medical solutions, pediatrics, and personal care.

Offers respite services to those caring for an adult with behavioral or mental health needs by providing temporary accommodations or in-home care for your loved one, with a qualified Access Services host family, capable of meeting all of his or her personal needs.

Provides assistance with daily tasks and encourage participants to stay active and connected. Volunteers also provide needed respite for caregivers so they can run errands, take a needed break or tend to themselves, their families and other commitments. Recruits volunteer Adults 55 or older who want to share their experience and compassion for others to become a Senior Companion. Senior Companions receive a small tax-free financial stipend, training, and transportation cost (mileage) reimbursement.

Provides a range of home health care services including: Alzheimer's and Dementia Care, Tracheostomy Care, Respiratory Treatments and Ventilator Care, Catheter and Ostomy Care, Gastrostomy (Feeding Tube) Care, and Pediatrics Home Health Care.

Activity based program for adults with cognitive disorders/memory disorders and/or chronic physical challenges. Program includes: - Socialization - Stimulation in cognitive, spiritual, sensory, physical and social areas - Assistance in daily living activities (shaving, bathing, etc) - Special entertainment and activities - Respite for caregivers - Caregivers support group

Provides in-home care that includes light housekeeping, light cooking, personal care, respite, and companionship.
