Provides non-medical personal assistance home care, home health nursing care and skilled physical, occupational and speech therapist. Services are provided in the individuals home or other independent living environments. Accommodates ongoing care, one-time-only requests when regular caregiver/family member is out of town.

Offers in-home senior care. Services include companionship, personal care, meal preparation and nutrition, transportation, housekeeping, respite care, hospice care, 24-hour care, and live-in care.

Provides home health care, hospice, home-based palliative care, and private duty home care services.

Offers respite services to those caring for an adult with behavioral or mental health needs by providing temporary accommodations or in-home care for your loved one, with a qualified Access Services host family, capable of meeting all of his or her personal needs.

Offers a wide range of support services to older Lancaster County residents with the goal of allowing them to maintain their independence and self-sufficiency. Most services available to persons ages 60 and over, except for the 55+ Job Bank, Job Bank Workshop and Senior Community Services Employment Program which begins at age 55 and older. Domiciliary Care, Long Term Care Assessments, Ombudsman and Caregiver Support Program available for persons 18 years and older.

Provides assistance to older citizens. Services include escorts to appointments, church services, and grocery shopping; referrals to senior resoures, telephone reassurance calls, and caregiver relief.

Provides non-medical In-home care services to eligible participants in the Community Health Choices(CHC) program. Services include but are not limited to assistance with daily living, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, light housekeeping, companionship and shopping errands. In addition to the CHC/Waiver program, Angels On Call also provides services to participants seeking care with Private Duty, VetAssist, Adult Protective Services and ODP programs. Our agency aides also provide care for participants dealing with disease management, and dementia & Alzheimer’s.

Provides services to supervise/support individuals on a short-term basis due to the absence or need for relief of those persons normally providing care. Provides people with care either in their home or in a respite house provided by the agency.

Provides non-medical home care services including companionship, customized care plans, monitoring and reporting of behavioral changes, bed to wheelchair transition support, meal preparation and cooking assistance, respite care, ambulatory assistance, light housekeeping, transportation support (shopping, errands, medical appointments), activity and exercise assistance, medication reminders, and more.

Provides non-medical, in-home care, or in-facility care for seniors. Services include Alzheimer's & Dementia Care, Parkinson's Care, Companion Care, Personal Care, Transitional Care, Respite Care, and End-of-Life Support Care.

Provides Behavioral Supports: Levels 1 & 2, Residential Habilitation, Life Sharing, Residential Habilitation-Community Homes for Individuals with an Intellectual Disability or Autism, respite (day, 15 minutes, 24 hours), and transportation.

In Home Respite/Family Aide service is provided to supervise and support individuals with intellectual disabilities/autism living in private homes on a short-term basis during times when their primary caretaker is absent or needs relief.

Provides in-home supports (personal care, light housekeeping, private duty, shopping, and respite) to help stabilize patients following a health challenge to enable them to regain and maintain their independence.

Provides non-skilled In-Home Caregivers to help clients gain and maintain new independence in essential activities of daily life. Services includes bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, food prep, shopping and errands, light housekeeping, socializing, encouraging engagement, and respite for family caregivers.

Offers personal care, homemaking, and respite services.

The In-Home Respite program is designed to give the family a break. The Advocate takes the child out in the community or provides services at home in order to give the family breaks. The Advocate will work on any treatment goals and transition from other services that the child may have (TSS, outpatient, etc).

Provides supervision or assistance that is designed to ensure the individual’s health, safety, and welfare or to perform activities of daily living for the individual.

Provides in home and community settings to assist individuals with Intellectual Disabilities/Autism in acquiring, maintaining, and improving self-help, domestic, socialization, and adaptive skills needed to reside successfully in home and community-based settings.

Provides non-medical in-home care for older adults and individuals with disabilities. Services include personal care, homemaking, and companionship. Overnight, 24/7, hospice, and respite care are available.

Provides non-medical, in-home care services for seniors to help them continue living independently in their own homes. Services include personal care, companionship, light housekeeping, meals preparation assistance, medication reminders and management, transportation and errand assistance, organization and technology assistance, transition care for the recently hospitalized, in-home respite care, and hospice support services.

Provides Heart Failure Disease Management, Cancer Care Specialty Services, Orthopedic Rehabilitation, Recovery from Fractures, Total Hip and Knee Replacement Surgery, PT/INR IV/Infusion Therapy, Wound Care, Reconditioning after an Illness, Post Surgical Patients, Cardiac Rehabilitation, Stroke Rehabilitation, Diabetic Care, Pulmonary Care, Homemaker Service, and Respite Care.

Program that provides a brief period of relief or rest for family members, guardians or other people who are regular caregivers for dependent adults or children by offering temporary or intermittent care in the home or in community settings/facilities.

Provides a short break in the constant caring to both individuals with intellectual disability and to their families. This respite can last a few hours or a few days and can be provided in the home of the individual who is receiving services, in the community or in the home of the staff provider.

Provides assistance to older adults with various health issues or those who need companionship. Supports socialization, helps prepare lunch, play a game, read, or accompany senior to events or appointments. Senior companions are matched with clients according to needs, abilities, and distance.

Provides home health and hospice, medical solutions, pediatrics, and personal care.
