Provides youth and their families with intensive support in their homes, school and community through our wraparound-advocacy model. Staff meet with youth and families multiple times a week at times most needed by the family, with an emphasis on safety and support. Individualized service plans balance involuntary service demands with activities driven by the family's prioritized wants and needs.

Provides a wide range of services designed to work with clients to thrive in the home environment best suited to their needs. Assessment of need is done through our office and we work with volunteers and subcontractors to deliver appropriate service. Some of the services are: A) Home Delivered Meals: A meal is provided to functionally disabled, home-bound, or convalescent people age 60+ B) Personal Care Service: Provides personal grooming help - bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting and transferring C) Respite Care: Program designed to provide relief to the primary caregiver. Eligibility and hours will be determined in the assessment process D) Chore Service: Minor home repair may be possible when safety and necessary upkeep is required E) Protective Services: Reports of abuse can be made by calling 717-334-9296 or 800-548-3240 24 hours a day

Provides local services, act as advocates, and generally assists older citizens to remain active in their communities. They operate under guidance from the Pennsylvania Department of Aging. Provides homecare services for seniors across the five-county Greater Philadelphia Region in 19 Asian languages. Services include assistance with bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding; Asian meal preparation assistance; light housekeeping; medication reminders; companionship; shopping assistance; respite care for family caregivers; and hospice care.

Provides assistance to older citizens. Services include escorts to appointments, church services, and grocery shopping; referrals to senior resoures, telephone reassurance calls, and caregiver relief.

Provides services to supervise/support individuals on a short-term basis due to the absence or need for relief of those persons normally providing care. Provides people with care either in their home or in a respite house provided by the agency.

Provides quality care for the individual with a disability while giving family members short-term relief from their day-to-day care giving routines. On a per-arranged basis, qualified care providers come to the home and care for the person or take them out in the community.

The In-Home Respite program is designed to give the family a break. The Advocate takes the child out in the community or provides services at home in order to give the family breaks. The Advocate will work on any treatment goals and transition from other services that the child may have (TSS, outpatient, etc).

Provides non-medical personal assistance home care, home health nursing care and skilled physical, occupational and speech therapist. Services are provided in the individuals home or other independent living environments. Accommodates ongoing care, one-time-only requests when regular caregiver/family member is out of town.

Provides assistance to older adults with various health issues or those who need companionship. Supports socialization, helps prepare lunch, play a game, read, or accompany senior to events or appointments. Senior companions are matched with clients according to needs, abilities, and distance.

accessAbilities Respite Care provides an interval of rest and relief for family caregivers who may take time for themselves while being reassured that their family member has the support and services they need.

Provides short term, temporary care for families who need an interval of relief from the daily challenges that come with caring for a child with mental and behavioral health needs.

Provides a range of customized living arrangements and levels of care for older adults including independent living cottages and apartments, personal care suites, respite care, and non-medical stays for those who live independently.
