Services include the following: Provides information and answers questions about emergency shelters and engagement centers for individuals experiencing homelessness in Allegheny County. Makes connections to street outreach for individuals experiencing literal homelessness in Allegheny County. Assesses eligibility for housing programs for people experiencing literal homelessness in Allegheny County.
Provides various services for those who are experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming unhoused.
Provides services to members of the Oxford community who are experiencing homelessness and helps to prevent vulnerable members of the community from losing their homes. Serves monthly community meals. Provides volunteer opportunities in outreach to unhoused members of the community through visits and other activities.

Distributes supplies and services to displaced individuals and families of Schuylkill County. Provided are emergency food, clothing, and hygiene supplies. Supplies are made available by donation and are limited. Street Outreach Workers reach out to the unsheltered and connects them with emergency shelters, housing or critical services. Also provides urgent, non-facility-based care to unsheltered who are unwilling or unable to access emergency shelter, housing or appropriate health facility.

Runaway/Homeless Youth Counseling
Provides case management for families (parent[s] with children) dealing with homelessness. Families live at host congregations for one week at a time and rotate around to different churches in the area that provide shelter, three free meals a day, and often provide evening activities and fellowship for the guests. Each day, families are transported to the Day Center by the FPHCR bus where families can do laundry, shower, and get ready for school or work. Parents who are not working stay at the Day Center and work on job and housing searches. Each family meets weekly with a staff member at FPHCR for case management.

Includes shelter outreach, day therapeutic programming for the dually diagnosed, outpatient, and supported independent living. Programming is accessible through the homeless shelter system or through the Alternative Services Unit of the Behavioral Health.

Operates 5 days a week. Outreach workers go out to neighborhoods, parks, and other places where youth who are facing homelessness seek refuge. Offers food, drink, blankets, hats, gloves and scarves, counseling, and referrals to youth who are on the street or unable to come into shelter.
Meets people where they are living outdoors to provide basic items needed for survival, such as tents, tarps, sleeping bags, water, and socks.
