Develops a discharge plan from the point of admission to be implemented when the individual no longer meets medical necessity for the CRRS. Provides long-term community-based care for emotionally troubled children suffering from issues including abuse, neglect, abandonment, drugs and alcohol, truancy, or parent/child conflicts. Operates as a Specialized Setting for youth at risk of being trafficked.

Offers residential placement services for children and adolescents requiring 24-hour supervision and care. These placements are arranged through external providers to ensure the safety and well-being of the youth.

Offers a program that is structured for children whose needs and safety concerns require a 24 hour treatment environment. The residential treatment program provides comprehensive services.

Residential treatment facility for adolescents.

Offers residential treatment. Provides trauma-Informed care, psychiatric evaluation, and medication monitoring for behavioral health conditions. Provides family, individual or group therapy, and sexual behavior counseling.

Provides housing for thirteen adults, aged 18 and older, who have severe and persistent mental illness. While in the residence, consumers are given support to develop the skills needed to live more independently in the community. Full handicap accessibility is available. All referrals are made through the Philadelphia Behavioral System.

Helps teen boys change their mindsets and behavior patterns so that they will be able to function appropriately in society and return to the community as healthy, productive citizens. The length of placement is determined by the specific needs of the youth.

Provides residential treatment services for children and adolescents who have developmental disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders, as well as mental health needs. Services include community-based residential program, therapeutic foster care, and a summer camp.

Our residential program offers alternatives for living on campus and in the community. Melmark offers indoor and outdoor pools, a covered riding arena, gymnasium, multi-service recreation center, and interactive playgrounds. Students visit surrounding communities regularly for shopping, exercise, and entertainment.

Offers a community-based Independent Living (IL) Program for adolescent males. Operates in a therapeutic milieu employing Sanctuary principles and equips residents with the skills necessary to function as positive, productive citizens - in the family, workplace, and community.

Offers acute inpatient psychiatric treatment for children and adolescents, age 4 to 18 and residential treatment for boys only age 5 to 18. A licensed, alternative school, along with Family Based programming is another service offered at Southwood.

Serves children grades 5-12 who have special and alternative education needs that can be better met in an alternative setting. Assigned to bridge educational "gaps" while working toward completion of credits.

The Orchard Hills Campus offers the following programs: diagnostic assessments, sexual Issues treatment, behavior disorder treatment, intensive and therapeutic residential treatment, KidsHope intensive treatment for young men with low IQs and shelter care short-term services to stabilize children and youth in crisis.

Work with delinquent and child-welfare dependent girls with mental health needs. Has an on-grounds classroom with a certified Special Education teacher and has Post Tramatic Stress Disorder and CBT TF facilitators on site.

Provides safe and supportive residential services for adolescents with behavioral health needs. Provides 24 hour staff supervision, medication management, ongoing psychiatric oversight with formal clinical assessments, individual and group therapy, as well as the casemanagement of each client.

Our aim is to effectively intervene in the lives of seriously troubled adolescent females with mental health challenges to assist them in avoiding future contact with the juvenile justice and child welfare systems and to help them toward successful adulthood.

Offers multi-services to youth. Home visitation that monitors a client's progress. Successful reentry into the community may be assisted by a variety of other programs. Occupational skills training, Substance use disorder counseling and support. Multiple different therapy options available if recommended.

Provides a shelter care program to school-aged children and youth. Services include crisis intervention, short term housing, placement in alternative education, 24 hour child care staff, on-site director and social service staff, on-campus educational field trips, and use of outside groups for education on various topics.

Offers a 16-bed residential treatment facility (RTF). Specializes in the treatment of adolescent females who have serious emotional issues to the extent that medical services are deemed necessary, and receive individual, group, and family therapy as appropriate. Provides on-site educational services in cooperation with the Lincoln Intermediate Unit No. 12.
