Provides outpatient therapeutic support. Services include individual, family, and couples therapy; group therapy (Anger Management, PTSD, Men Overcoming Violence, Parenting, and Social Skills); psychological testing; medication evaluation, consultation, and management.

Offers outpatient therapy and assessments, including intellectual disability evaluations, autism evaluations, dementia screening, Abel assessments, and IQ testing.

Provides funding and administrative oversight for services in the community that support people and their families living with serious and persistent mental illness, children and adolescents with a mental health diagnosis, individuals with intellectual disability, individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder and children birth to age three (3) for early intervention services. Through an intake process, a person’s eligibility for services and funding is determined and referrals are made to appropriate programs that correspond to service needs.

Provides out-patient behavioral health care counseling services.

Provides the following services: individual therapy services, family therapy services and group therapy services. Psychiatric evaluation, to include medication consultation, medication management services and the services of a Nurse Care Manager are available. Crisis management and intervention services and inter-agency treatment team meetings are also provided.

The WCU Community Mental Health Services (CMHS) is affiliated with the West Chester University Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) Program. We are a training center for doctoral students in the PsyD Program providing high quality and low cost Psychotherapy and Testing for the community. Student Clinicians are supervised by licensed psychologists and serve children, adolescents and adults from all backgrounds. We provide general mental health services and specialize in trauma-related disorders and child & adolescent mental health. Provides assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning for individuals with mental health needs and substance use disorders.

Provides evaluations and treatment for persons who have committed sexual offenses (SOAB approved provider), evaluations (including clinical and risk) for both adult & juvenile populations, and treatment for sexting; evaluations and treatment for non-offending parents, persons involved in domestic violence (both perpetrators and victims),, and those with substance problems. Also provides outpatient mental health counseling, including sexual trauma, anger management, depression, anxiety, grief and loss.

Provides community-based treatment and rehabilitation services that combines recovery with integrated approaches that address an individual’s psychiatric, medical, and behavioral health needs. Services include diagnostic assessment, crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy, medication evaluation and management, and mental health recovery. Support services include rehabilitation activities that help clients learn or improve the skills required to live, work, and learn in the community; and coordination and development of community supports to connect clients to essential services.

Offers mental health evaluations, and individual, couples, family, and group counseling, on site at the Brookline Teen Outreach Center through a collaboration with Compassionate Counseling LLC. Both mobile (in-home) and tele-mental health services are available for clients who cannot travel to the site. Services provided by licensed, accredited practitioners.

Pathway To Recovery offers community mental health services those experiencing behavioral and psychiatric difficulties.

Provides individual therapy, family sessions, group therapy, and intensive outpatient programming. Specializes in treating substance use disorders and/or dependence, and utilizes an integrated treatment approach for individuals with co-occurring disorders. Offers evaluations and recommendations.

Offers weekly outpatient and intensive appointments to determine the scope and severity of the presenting feeding problem.
