The Pennsylvania National Guard's Resilience, Risk Reduction, & Suicide Prevention (R3SP) Program develops policy, conducts training and provides education on building resilience, mitigating stress and suicide prevention for the Service and Family members of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. The program consists of three sections:

• Suicide Prevention: The Suicide Prevention Program gives Soldiers the necessary skills to identify signs, symptoms, risk factors of suicide and the ability to successfully intervene. The program encourages Soldiers to be proactive in seeking assistance and strives to eliminate the stigma associated with behavioral health. Provides community-based treatment and rehabilitation services that combines recovery with integrated approaches that address an individual’s psychiatric, medical, and behavioral health needs. Services include diagnostic assessment, crisis intervention, individual and group psychotherapy, medication evaluation and management, and mental health recovery. Support services include rehabilitation activities that help improve the skills required to live, work, and learn in the community; and coordination and development of community supports to connect to essential services.

Offers mental health evaluations, and individual, couples, family, and group counseling, on site at the Brookline Teen Outreach Center through a collaboration with Compassionate Counseling LLC. Both mobile (in-home) and tele-mental health services are available for clients who cannot travel to the site. Services provided by licensed, accredited practitioners.
