The Pennsylvania National Guard's Resilience, Risk Reduction, & Suicide Prevention (R3SP) Program develops policy, conducts training and provides education on building resilience, mitigating stress and suicide prevention for the Service and Family members of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. The program consists of three sections:

Also provides outpatient mental health counseling, including sexual trauma, anger management, depression, anxiety, grief and loss.
