Provides assessment and evaluation of mental health needs and identification of a plan for referral and linkage to services. Also offers collaborative planning for consumers who are in or being discharged from a State Hospital.

Provides a variety of behavioral health, mental health, and intensive intervention services to children, youth and families. Outpatient mental health counseling, in-home family counseling, parenting education, and supervised visitation services.

Provides initial assessment, evaluation, and treatment planning for individuals with mental health needs and substance use disorders.

Offers short term transitional housing and overnight shelter as well as a variety of day services to adult males who are experiencing homelessness. Offers case management, mental heath referrals and a Coffee House program for short term overnight stay.

Provides Behavior Specialist Consultation services utilizing an Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) approach directly to the child and/or family in the home, school, day care, or other community program or setting. Directs the members of the treatment team regarding the appropriate clinical approach for a specific child with complex needs. Designs, directs and coordinates the implementation of a behavior modification intervention plan.

Provides individual and group drug and alcohol counseling on an outpatient and intensive outpatient basis. Also, performs DUI assessments and required hours of counseling for DUI.

Offers treatment and counseling services for mental health and addictions issues. Includes individual, group and family, couples and family counseling. Specializes in eating disorders, co-dependency, trauma, abuse, sexual addiction, anger management, self-injury behavior, ADHD, grief and loss, family conflict, marital conflict, depression, anxiety, play therapy, gambling addiction, substance abuse counseling, addictions counseling, etc.

Provides individual, family, and group counseling as well as psychiatric evaluations and medication management.

Provides evaluations and treatment for persons who have committed sexual offenses (SOAB approved provider), evaluations (including clinical and risk) for both adult & juvenile populations, and treatment for sexting; evaluations and treatment for non-offending parents, persons involved in domestic violence (both perpetrators and victims),, and those with substance problems. Also provides outpatient mental health counseling, including sexual trauma, anger management, depression, anxiety, grief and loss.

Provides adult and child/youth psychiatry services, adult psychological evaluations, and medication management.

Provides outpatient psychiatric and psychotherapy services which address a wide range of mental and behavioral health diagnoses, addictions, marital and family issues and symptoms prompted by stress and/or life transitions.

Offers primary care for all ages. Services include physicals, wellness visits and checkups, immunizations, onsite Lab and radiology, chronic care management, preventative services, pediatrics, and behavioral health.

Triage provides a rapid therapeutic assessment and limited psychiatric evaluation. This services will determine level of treatment. Assessments with therapist are available as a walk-in clinic. Psychiatry appointment are usually available within 2 day and 2 weeks.

Offers support services to children experiencing a mental health crisis. Services include a crisis-walk in center, crisis stabilization, safety planning, and help obtaining resources and aftercare planning.

Promotes health, welfare, and dignity of women Veterans and their families by ensuring access to timely, sensitive, quality health care. Connects women Veterans to health care specifically designed around women's unique needs. The Women Veteran Program Manager is available as an advocate, adviser and navigator to connect women Veterans with the right services - including primary care, urgent care, gender specific care, and mental/behavioral health care.
