Develop a tailored "quit plan" specific to your lifestyle. Wellspan Health also offers a self guided program for those who want to quit on their own. WellSpan also provides referrals to the PA quitline at 1800-quitnow

Offers public health and clinic services including family planning, immunizations, STD testing and treatment, lead abatement, emergency preparedness, maternal and child health, limited dental care, in-home asthma trigger assessments, injury prevention, and chronic disease education.

Wellness Center offers community health education programs including nutrition and weight management, diabetes, CPR and first aid, tobacco cessation, senior exercise programs, and community health outreach.

Operates a call center. Provides information on topics including allergies, how to quit smoking, and environmental issues. Offers physician referrals.

Provides information and classes that help the public make choices to promote personal health, prevent illness and disability, take advantage of opportunities for early detection, and support their ability to deal effectively with health problems when they arise. Freedom from Smoking is an 8-week program developed by the American Lung Association. Topics covered included personal addiction to tobacco products, overcoming cravings, stress management, and tips to prevent relapse. Facilitated by a trained and certified instructor.

Provides smoking cessation services through the Respiratory Therapy Department. Offers inpatient consulting to all patients who use tobacco products, as well as outpatient one-on-one consulting and group quit classes.

Provides programming for education and resources for smoking cessation in the Hispanic/Latino community.
