Offers primary care and annual physicals by appointment, preventive services, women's health services, routine lab work, EKGs, immunizations, medication review, tele-mental health and social work services, treatment of conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disease, common cold, influenza, tobacco cessation and specialty referrals.
