Wellness Center offers community health education programs including nutrition and weight management, diabetes, CPR and first aid, tobacco cessation, senior exercise programs, and community health outreach.

Offers adult substance abuse counseling on an outpatient and intensive outpatient basis. Provide a comprehensive assessment, referral,drug and alcohol education, and individual and/or group counseling. Also provide aids to prevent addiction in the first place. Offer Medication Assisted Therapy (MAT) for Opioid Addiction. Pysicians use Suboxone and Vivitol at treatment modalities.

Lancaster County's One-Stop Shop for information on alcohol, tobacco, other drugs and gambling. Information and referral staff provide answers to questions about addiction and provide referrals to treatment and support via phone, email, or web chat. Offers a film streaming library and brochure clearinghouse free of charge to the public.

The Health Dept. offers a wide variety of educational and preventive programs and consulting services. Programs are available to schools, businesses, community organization, etc., and can be tailored to fit most health topics. Available programs include cancer prevention, cardiovascular health and screenings, childhood lead poisoning prevention, dental health, falls prevention, tobacco control, nutrition and physical activity, Lyme Disease and osteoporosis.

Offers two tobacco cessation programs. Provides over-the-phone counseling services, nicotine patches, lozenges, and support.

Contracted services include outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient counseling, partial hospitalization, halfway house, non-hospital detoxification and rehabilitation, hospital-based detoxification and rehabilitation, methadone maintenance and other medication assisted treatment.

Provides free, confidential assistance for individuals seeking substance use or gambling treatment and recovery services. In addition to one-on-one navigation, the Addiction Resource Center also provides free brochures, educational materials, and speaking engagements for individuals and community organizations throughout Chester County.
