Tobacco cessation program supplements the care that patients receive from their primary care providers. During primary care appointments, provider will assess readiness to quit smoking. When you are ready, a certified cessation specialists will strategize with help come up with an action plan to quit.

Contracted services include outpatient counseling, intensive outpatient counseling, partial hospitalization, halfway house, non-hospital detoxification and rehabilitation, hospital-based detoxification and rehabilitation, methadone maintenance and other medication assisted treatment.

Wellness Center offers community health education programs including nutrition and weight management, diabetes, CPR and first aid, tobacco cessation, senior exercise programs, and community health outreach.

Information & referral staff provide answers to questions about addiction and provide referrals to treatment and support via phone, email, or web chat. Offers a film streaming library and brochure clearinghouse free of charge to the public.

Telehealth: As a convenience to our patients, some services are offered by electronic means. Individual or group appointments may be performed via video to the Lebanon VAMC or other medical facility. Also, various tests can now be performed at any one of the six outpatient clinics, with the analysis being performed at the Lebanon VAMC or other medical facility. Educational Services:

Provides free, confidential assistance for individuals seeking substance use or gambling treatment and recovery services. In addition to one-on-one navigation, the Addiction Resource Center provides free brochures, educational materials, and speaking engagements for individuals and community organizations throughout Chester County.

Offers a range of supportive health services, including mental health support and counseling, postpartum care, substance use disorder referrals, diabetes prevention, rapid STI testing, and free period products.

Individual sessions which provides resources and information to help individuals quit smoking. The SmokeFREE program is conducted by phone and participants may be eligible to receive free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).
