Freedom from Smoking is an 8-week program developed by the American Lung Association. Topics covered included personal addiction to tobacco products, overcoming cravings, stress management, and tips to prevent relapse. Facilitated by a trained and certified instructor.

Tobacco cessation program supplements the care that patients receive from their primary care providers. During primary care appointments, provider will assess readiness to quit smoking. When you are ready, a certified cessation specialists will strategize with help come up with an action plan to quit.

Operates an outpatient primary medical care clinic for Veterans through the Lebanon VA. Offers primary care and annual physicals by appointment, preventive services, women's health services, routine lab work, EKGs, immunizations, medication review, tele-mental health and social work services, treatment of conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disease, common cold, influenza, tobacco cessation and specialty referrals. Telehealth: As a convenience to our patients, some services are offered by electronic means. Individual or group appointments may be performed via video to the Lebanon VAMC or other medical facility. Also, various tests can now be performed at any one of the six outpatient clinics, with the analysis being performed at the Lebanon VAMC or other medical facility.
