Operates an outpatient primary medical care clinic for Veterans through the Lebanon VA. Offers primary care and annual physicals by appointment, preventive services, women's health services, routine lab work, EKGs, immunizations, medication review, tele-mental health and social work services, treatment of conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disease, common cold, influenza, tobacco cessation and specialty referrals.
