Operates an outpatient primary medical care clinic for Veterans through the Lebanon VA. Offers primary care and annual physicals by appointment, preventive services, women's health services, routine lab work, EKGs, immunizations, medication review, tele-mental health and social work services, treatment of conditions such as diabetes, hypertension, respiratory disease, common cold, influenza, tobacco cessation and specialty referrals. Telehealth: As a convenience to our patients, some services are offered by electronic means. Individual or group appointments may be performed via video to the Lebanon VAMC or other medical facility. Develop a tailored "quit plan" specific to your lifestyle. Wellspan Health also offers a self guided program for those who want to quit on their own. WellSpan also provides referrals to the PA quitline at 1800-quitnow

Individual sessions which provides resources and information to help individuals quit smoking. The SmokeFREE program is conducted by phone and participants may be eligible to receive free Nicotine Replacement Therapy (NRT).
