Funding assistance may also be available for individuals with a gambling use disorder. Prevention/education programs are available in all 16 school districts

Provides benefits to receive behavioral health services such as inpatient psychiatric hospital, psychiatric outpatient, partial hospitalization, outpatient drug and alcohol services, family-based mental health services, targeted case management (intensive case management and resource coordination), etc.

The goal of Operation REACH (Relief for Emergency Assistance through Community Help) is to assist veterans who are struggling with substance abuse and/ or co-occurring mental health needs get the help that they need. This initiative will focus on the comprehensive needs of the veteran and delivering services through a holistic approach. Operation REACH will strive to provide intervention support services through a targeted case management model. Veterans and their families will benefit from targeted case management through assistance in coordination with basic necessities. Unlike many programs, characterization of discharge will not serve as eligibility criteria for Operation REACH. Provides services covering the full continuum of care to the residents of both Luzerne and Wyoming Counties in the areas of prevention, intervention, treatment, and treatment related services.
