Residential halfway house for recovering male alcoholics/addicts. Primary focuses are on abstinence, recovery and re-socialization. Residents are responsible for care of their room, house chores and active participation in the house program. Provides after-hours dosing for patients who need immediate access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Ensures patients have access to opioid addiction treatment outside of normal dosing hours.

Provide a semi-structured, supportive, home-like environment which is centered around apartment living. Client is given private space in their own bedroom and share a living room, bathroom, and kitchen with the two or three other men in the apartment. With the supervision of staff, all clients are expected to cook and clean up all their own Life Skill classes and clinical services including individual and group counseling to help clients understant and manage the recovery process.

Provides sober living space for men in recovery.

A bilingual, bi-cultural residential drug and alcohol re-education program for women. Treatment is based on principles of individual responsibility, mutual help, personal effort and community support. Program requires 2-1/2 years of in-house treatment, followed by 5 years of follow-up counseling. All treatment is provided by trained, qualified ex-addicts. As part of its community outreach, Hogar Crea will provide the following services to persons in need:

• moving assistance
• home remodeling
• gardening
• electrical work

Requests for service should be submitted at least 1-2 weeks in advance so the director can establish a work plan for the residents. Only "manpower" is provided, the agency does not have access to a truck.
