Provide a semi-structured, supportive, home-like environment which is centered around apartment living. Client is given private space in their own bedroom and share a living room, bathroom, and kitchen with the two or three other men in the apartment. With the supervision of staff, all clients are expected to cook and clean up all their own Life Skill classes and clinical services including individual and group counseling to help clients understant and manage the recovery process.

Provides bridge housing for up to 12 months for men in recovery from substance use disorder and are experiencing or are at risk of homelessness. Provides case management, basic life skills, job referrals, and education training. Medical, dental, and mental health services are provided.

Provides sober living home for men in recovery.

Provides stable housing programs for individuals who have completed primary treatment for substance use disorders. Separate residences are offerred for men and women.

Substance-free living environment in which alcohol and substance users can rebuild their lives by using the person-first, strength-based approach, and the incorporation of the principles of Narcotics Anonymous.

Provides a halfway house for substance abuse treatment.

Provides halfway house, residential, regular/intensive outpatient services. Offers substance abuse treatment and treatment for co-occurring serious mental illness and substance use disorders. Counseling services and education. Additonial client services may include: case management, child care, mental health, etc.

Detoxification. Detox is the first part of the recovery journey when individuals have a substance use disorder.

Provides intervention and preventive services, recovery housing, case management and other supportive services.

Supportive transitional housing for individuals with substance use disorders. Individuals receive supportive services including recovery support services, educational groups, life skills education, and transportation as they work toward independent living.

Provides after-hours dosing for patients who need immediate access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Ensures patients have access to opioid addiction treatment outside of normal dosing hours.

An integrated housing community for adults with major mental health and co-occurring mental health and substance abuse use disorders. Offers several levels of support.

Residential halfway house for recovering male alcoholics/addicts. Primary focuses are on abstinence, recovery and re-socialization. Residents are responsible for care of their room, house chores and active participation in the house program. The house program includes: -Individual, family and group counseling -Recreational activities -Treatment planning -In-house A.A. meetings -Educational lectures -Work therapy -Aftercare planning and counseling -Employment counseling -Budget counseling -Management of a female recovery house for clients interested in transitional housing that supports a recovery-oriented lifestyle (referred from program) A Lancaster County contracted residential substance abuse treatment provider.

Offers, Sober Living ¾ Houses Program for those seeking a safe and sober place to live and learn how to maintain sobriety while enjoying everyday life. This program requires participants to engage in 12 step recovery while actively progressing towards long-term goals. Houses are also set-up to receive clients that are involved in the Judicial System, like house arrest. Random urinalysis screens will be administered to all participants, no exceptions. Therapy / Counseling / Groups and IOP Services are available through Step by Step Support, which is also a DDAP approved organization.

Halfway House Services

The New Directions Halfway House in Cambria County is to assist adult men in preventing relapse, developing the skills and self-motivation they need to successfully adjust to a drug-free lifestyle and to maintain it after they leave the facility. The clients receive daily instruction and practice skills in the development of positive life goals and responsibilities.

Provides a support after recovery program. Participants may be considered for acceptance at the Mothers and Children Center.

Provides housing and supportive services for homeless men, and drug and alcohol recovery program services for men and women.

Offers residential housing, work, and group and individual therapy, all in a clean, wholesome environment.

Offers a residential treatment facility for multi-disadvantaged women recovering from addiction. Children of patients may stay with their parent while in treatment.

Offers residential drug and alcohol halfway house treatment services for men.

Sanctuary House is an alternative living housing program that provides members with a safe drug and alcohol-free environment.

Provides services for the prevention, intervention, and treatment of the abuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. Services include: Student Assistance Programs, Casemanagement, Inpatient Detoxification, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Halfway House, Partial Hospitalization, Outpatient Counseling, Information Regarding HIV/AIDS as well as Treatment Programs designed specifically for pregnant women and women with children.
