A portion of the program is dedicated to serving Transition Age Youth (ages 18 to 26).

A residential halfway house for recovering male alcoholics/addicts. Must have completed an inpatient program or intense outpatient program. Primary focuses are on abstinence, recovery and resocialization. Residents are responsible for care of their own room, house chores and active participation in the house program. The house program includes: - Individual, family and group counseling - Recreational activities - Treatment planning - In-house A.A. meetings - Educational lectures - Work therapy - Aftercare planning and counseling - Employment counseling - Budget counseling - Daily access to AA/NA meetings A Lancaster County contracted residential substance abuse treatment provider.

Provides clients with a safe place to stay while they recover, where they will be surrounded and supported by others who are fighting the same battle.

Provides a three (3) month to six (6) month residential program in a drug and alcohol free atmosphere and enviornment for recovery from substance use. Structured program including individual, group and cognitive behavioral therapy.

Operates a Transitional Housing Program in West Chester, PA. Entry through Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center referral only.

Offers a residential treatment facility for multi-disadvantaged women recovering from addiction. Children of patients may stay with their parent while in treatment.

Operates a transitional housing facility for men and women that offers life skills training, medication management, 12-step meetings, and a drug-free living environment. Also provides support groups for those in recovery.

Offers clinical therapy including individual therapy, group therapy, and phychoeducation lectures and workshops. Program participants will engage in a variety of life skills workshops including group trauma therapy and education, vocational preparation, culinary practice, team/community building, and more. The program emphasizes holistic health and creative exploration.

Provides a living space for women in recovery. Offers housing, counseling, and vocational options.

Sanctuary House is an alternative living housing program that provides members with a safe drug and alcohol-free environment.

Provides housing and supportive services for individuals experiencing homelessness and heads of households with addiction issues.

Offers individual and family counseling, group work, recreational therapy, spiritual and vocational counseling, and church services. Bridge housing program (transitional housing), which can include a stay of up to one year, is available.

Provide a semi-structured, supportive, home-like environment which is centered around apartment living. Client is given private space in their own bedroom and share a living room, bathroom, and kitchen with the two or three other men in the apartment. With the supervision of staff, all clients are expected to cook and clean up all their own Life Skill classes and clinical services including individual and group counseling to help clients understant and manage the recovery process.

Provides transitional housing for women in early recovery.

Provides information about and referral to various types of recovery housing including sober houses, recovery houses, halfway houses.

Provides a support after recovery program. Participants may be considered for acceptance at the Mothers and Children Center.

Provides after-hours dosing for patients who need immediate access to medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Ensures patients have access to opioid addiction treatment outside of normal dosing hours.
