If the person living in a house is related to the owner or former owner but is not on the deed, the title may be considered "tangled." We may be able to assist in these instances. Operates a voluntary organization comprised of the seventeen (17) Neighborhood Associations within the City of York that meets monthly.

Prevents further neighborhood decline by addressing aging and deteriorated housing stock, reverse high rental to owner ratios, correct deteriorated curbs and sidewalks, encourage construction of affordable housing, apply funding to renovate owner occupied residences, and eliminate unsafe conditions in the interest of promoting a visible philosophy of Clean, Safe and Green.

Advocates for and assists in developing communication and healing models in the Hill District of Pittsburgh through exploration of community trauma.

Manages a community garden, sponsors community events, provides opportunities for completing community service requirements, partners with other groups and organizations on additional programs, and serves as an advocate, educator, and liaison for neighborhood families.

Offers trained community members who, acting as trauma responders, support and lead responses to stress, trauma, loss, and violence within their own communities. Responders work alongside community leaders to provide technical assistance, facilitate group interventions, and create healing spaces. Provides Psychological First Aid (PFA) and immediate support following an incident of violence or trauma and Post Traumatic Stress Management (PTSM) interventions including orientation sessions, stabilization groups, coping groups, and self-care discussions. Offers presentations, workshops, and referrals for clinical services and wellness resources.
