Consumer services include: * Maintenance of broken water main * Maintains mains * Maintains meters * Maintains lines from main to valve box at curb (curb to meter is homeowners responsibility) * Handles complaints about cloudy or dirty water * Investigation of low water pressure * Providing information about the water supply. (Call Laboratory) * Maintains a list of local laboratories that have been certified by the EPA to test the water quality.(i.e. Lead content, call Laboratory)

Provides information about boil water advisories and lists locations of water buffalos for parts of the service area affected.

Designed to help water customers reduce water waste. Customers can reduce water waste by repairing plumbing and installing water conservation devices. Services include minor inside plumbing repairs, low flow shower heads, faucet aerators, water-saving toilet devices, and water conservation education.

Provides for single-year and multi-year grants for the construction of drinking water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer projects; the construction or renovation of flood control projects; and the repair or rehabilitation of high-hazard unsafe dams.
