Helps military families communicate with their loved ones and facilitates their return home during a verified emergency through the Hero Care Network. Connects families after an illness or death of an immediate family member, or a significant life event such as the birth of a child. If an emergency requires leave for a service member, will verify the emergency to the appropriate military commander. Eligibility for emergency leave will ultimately be determined by each service member’s commander.

Offers an interactive preparedness program designed for youth. Aims to increase awareness and understanding of natural hazards and teaches safety, emotional coping skills, and personal preparedness.
