Access Technology services/training is available. - Provides comprehensive client support services: Access Technology, Talking Book Program, Public Education, Low Vision Rehabilitation, Low Vision Services, Preschool Screening and Remedial Eye Care. - Provides Social Services, including transportation to medical appointments and essential community errands; and in-home support services.

Blair County Library System - Roaring Spring Public Library

Maintains a collection of fiction and nonfiction reading materials that can be checked out by community residents who have library cards. Provides access to large print materials, tape/CD collections, the interlibrary loan system, references & information. Offers programming for youth, including a story hour and literacy program. Similar programming is also offered for adults. Computers, printers, and other electronic equipment are available. Provides volunteer opportunities for those who are interested in being library assistants.
