Serves as a clearinghouse of information on volunteerism in Lancaster County. Provides the following services: - Administers Get Connected, a web-based volunteer matching application for individuals, nonprofit agencies and corporations - Administers Corporate Volunteer Network - Recruits volunteers for non-profit agencies - Publishes bi-weekly newspaper column advocating volunteerism - Promotes volunteer recognition - Publishes directories listing volunteer opportunities - Provides volunteer management assistance for agencies - Administers the Student Volunteer Program which recruits and refers students to summer opportunities - Recruits volunteers for educational entities, e.g. Service Learning, Book Challenge, H.O.S.T.S., etc. - Serves as link to national organizations addressing volunteerism

The statewide non-profit organization that develops and supports local CASA programs. CASAs are well-trained volunteers who, when authorized by a judge, speak for the best interests of abused and neglected children in court. Local CASA associations recruit, train and support their own volunteers.

Works to connect individuals to Community Service volunteer opportunities. Customized workshops and consulting services are available to facilitate the implementation of a volunteer program or to enhance an existing program. Fees vary based on the nature/duration of the project. Donation Connection-Program that matches member organizations to obtain non-monetary items.
