Offers a full range of therapeutic, home and community-based services for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Services include behavioral supports, community integration activities, community residential services, community residential living, counseling, home and community habilitation, Life Sharing (Family Living), specialized services for autism, supported employment, and supported living services.

Locates, coordinates and monitors services for qualified individuals with an intellectual disability and / or an autism spectrum disorder. Acts as an advocate for individual and family rights and freedom of choice. Ensures quality programming and the development of an individualized plan and support network. This includes, but is not limited to, family support, daily living activities, recreational activities, supported employment, residential placement and referrals to a variety of community resources.

Provides supportive employment services to persons with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Offers individualized support, job skills training, workplace integration, job placement assistance, and ongoing support.

Provides psychological and psychiatric evaluations, ongoing medication management, diagnostic assessments, as well as individual, family, and group counseling, for individuals who have a diagnosis of Autism.

Provides academic instruction to students within the autism spectrum in kindergarten through age 21. Groups students according to academic achievement, language ability, learning capacity, and relational development; and regroups students according to their strengths and weaknesses in each subject. Conducts classes in small groups of four or less, in close proximity to each other to foster opportunities to develop familiarity and comfort. Services include speech and occupational therapies.

Non-profit organization that hosts support group meetings for individuals with ADHD, a biannual conference each February Access to Parent-to-Parent Classes ,and a 7-week course in managing ADHD in children and teens

SAM provides case management services to individuals enrolled in the early intervention, mental health and intellectual disabilities case management program.

Supports and promotes the independence of individuals with developmental disabilities, by providing advocacy services in their home environment. Services are provided by a Registered Nurse and in the eligible persons home environment. The PA Elks Nurse can access needs and help access equipment, provide in-home medical case management, assist with finding activities and supports within the community.

Offers community residential services, intermediate care, and pre-vocational training services for adults with intellectual disabilities.
