Drug and Alcohol assessments, drug and alcohol outpatient/Intensive outpatient/Case management services and DUI offender program

Provides trauma informed behavioral health and therapy for individuals, couples, and families; relationship building and support; and psycho-educational groups such as Anger Management and Health Relationships.

Plans, coordinates and administers drug and alcohol services for the tri-county community, especially the un-insured or under insured. Centralized intake service conducts an assessment interview to determine the proper treatment protocol for an Individual based on degree and severity of drug and/or alcohol use, as well as his/her medical, social, family, educational and vocational history. All of the Commission's inpatient and outpatient treatment services are provided through contracts with various providers.

Provides assessments, outreach, sober recovery related events, resume building and job search assistance, Life skills groups, and Self-help meetings.

Provides funding for substance use disorder treatment services for uninsured and underinsured, with priority services for pregnant women, drug abusers, veterans, and overdose survivors. Also offers prevention and education programming within schools and throughout the community, Narcan training and distribution, and options for the safe disposal of unused and unwanted medication.

Provides clients with the resources to enhance the process of recovery by lessening the stresses of early recovery and allowing for a deeper and more meaningful aftercare program. Primary services ensure the following emergent needs are cared for: detoxification, prenatal care, perinatal care, or psychiatric service.

Provides substance use disorder assessments and referrals to all levels of treatment, substance use disorder recovery support services, warm hand-off (24/7 access to care) at both local emergency departments, mental health case management services, and a urinalysis testing center.

Provides case management for substance use disorder.

Provides services for the prevention, intervention, and treatment of the abuse of alcohol, tobacco, and other drugs. Services include: Student Assistance Programs, Casemanagement, Inpatient Detoxification, Inpatient Rehabilitation, Halfway House, Partial Hospitalization, Outpatient Counseling, Information Regarding HIV/AIDS as well as Treatment Programs designed specifically for pregnant women and women with children.

Provide assessment, evaulations, and referrals to appropriate drug/alcohol treatment facilities. Also offers intensive case management services and assessments for DUI offenders. Serves as the liaison to Student Assistance Teams by following up and conducting evaluations of students who may be at risk for alcohol and/or drug abuse. Offer materials on drug and alcohol abuse to local groups and in-service trainings to professionals.

Provides treatment and recovery support to individuals with drug and/or alcohol use disorders. Services include screening, assessment, referrals, and funding for inpatient treatment, detox, rehab, halfway house, partial hospitalization, outpatient, and intensive outpatient services.

Offers drug and alcohol use disorder prevention, education, treatment, and case management services. Also provides materials, presentations, and technical assistance to Student Assistance Teams in Northampton County school districts by coordinating services for students who may be at risk for alcohol and/or drug abuse.

Hosts meetings for individuals who want to or have ceased drinking alcohol. Offers mutual-support self-help group.
