Provides case management and wraparound services for youth aging out of foster care who are experiencing homelessness. Accepts youth with and without children. Programming includes: A) An assigned case manager who will help you meet your goals and stay on track B) Employment training, parenting assistance C) Health care, behavioral health D) Youth specific activities E) Housing

Provides transitional age youth temporary housing in addition to case management services.

Assists youth who are or have been in foster care to learn the necessary skills for independent living.

Provide supportive services for residents that includes adult education, English as a Second Language (ESL) classes, self-sufficiency programs, youth recreation centers, libraries, summer recreation programs, senior support services, two childcare centers, a dental office, a health clinic, domestic abuse counseling, Headstart, education incentives, summer internships for residents in college, a nursing center, scouting and resident tenant councils.
