Operates a ten-unit scattered site transitional housing program for homeless women with or without children. Clients coming from the Center's Emergency Shelter or the Women's Resource Center Shelter receive rental assistance and supportive services while residing in scattered site apartments. Services include: case management, assistance in acquiring safe housing, rental and utilities assistance for up to 12 months, life Skills training and goal setting, furniture and household items, emergency food and clothing, art therapy, counseling and legal services, assistance with job training and education, linkages to community agencies, and recreational opportunities.

A prescription voucher program is also available to individuals experiencing homelessness who have no medical assistance for covering prescription costs. Additional specialty services, outreach services, and substance abuse services are available to individuals experiencing homelessness each month.

Offers assistance to homeless people who are interested in connecting back into mainstream society. The program offers services on a variety of job-related issues. The program is designed to help homeless people find and use needed services that encourage self-sufficiency. Services include case management, job readiness skills, vocational counseling, and employment.

Provides a day center for individuals experiencing homelessness. Provides a place to use the restroom, charge phones, play games, read or rest. Serves a maximum of 20 guests. Also provides one-on-one case management.

Assists guests in navigating complex systems and services to achieve their goals, including obtaining benefits, identification, medical care, behavioral health care, and housing.

Engages and coordinates services and resources to meet the needs of persons with mental illness who are experiencing homelessness. Assists with community integration and works with mental health specialists, community supports, and housing resources to facilitate a transition from homelessness to community living.

Provides case management, transitional housing and supportive services to homeless women and their children. Supportive services include case management, counseling, and schooling support for each child.
