Assists youth with physical and cognitive disabilities to find employment in their communities. Offers work in greenhouses and commercial kitchen on the agency's campus.

Advocates for persons with disabilities seeking services from the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, Centers for Independent Living, Community Rehabilitation Programs, and other programs and projects funded under Title I of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. Ensures the vocational rehabilitation process is open and responsive to the individualized needs of persons with disabilities.

Works to ensure that people with disabilities have the same rights, opportunities, and privileges as people without disabilities. Offers training, resources, education, and assistance for families of people with intellectual disabilities through adult advocacy, systems advocacy, education advocacy, and outreach.

Provides professionally trained service and companion dogs to people with mobility impairments, seizure disorders, cardiac conditions (Dysautonomia), Diabetes, and other disabilities/needs.

Services include: Advocacy of Individual rights Development and maintenance of an Individual Support Plan (ISP). Determining the need for services and developing "outcomes." Identifying and locating providers of services. Coordinating waiver services when funding is available. Ensuring services are received as outlined in the ISP. Ensuring health and safety.

Works with individuals, families, and school/agency staff to help them make the most of Fayette Resources programs and services for individuals with developmental disabilities. Designs program plans and trains parents and agency staff. Medical Services coordinators provide planning, implementation, evaluation, and coordination of medical services for each individual.

Enables persons with disabilities and their families to find, utilize, and coordinate available resources and opportunities in their communities based on their individual needs.

Provides home modifications to individuals with low-income. Offers ADA & UCC Assistance, Comprehensive, on-site assessments, technical assistance, and training on the federal and state anti-discrimination and accessibility laws. Gives training, Individualized, interactive workshops on disability awareness and disability-related issues, and monthly consumer training series.

Community Integration is a service for those individuals who will be transitioning back into their community, or to a new community from a nursing facility or similar.
