Art therapists are highly trained in both mental health and the creative arts. Art therapy has been shown to improve the ability to concentrate, communicate with others, and improve self-esteem and self-awareness. It can be used for the treatment of trauma, anxiety, and depression both alone, and in conjunction with other forms of therapy

Provides case management services to adults, children and adolescence that are affected by a mental health diagnosis.

Provides an evidence-based therapy that focuses on changing unhelpful ways of thinking and dysfunctional behaviors. It is an evidence-based therapy that has been shown to improve anxiety, depression, addiction, OCD, medication adherence, and improve stress management skills.

Gathers information regarding services received by consumers and family members to assess satisfaction with mental health and substance use disorder services. Advocates for improvements to available resources.

Provides case management services to adults, children and adolescence that are affected by a mental health diagnosis.

May be able to provide limited, emergency financial assistance in the form of a small grant to help with rent or a bill, or gift cards/vouchers to meet a modest, but critical basic need.

Provides a specialized form of therapy designed to help individuals, particularly children and adolescents, who have experienced traumatic events.

Provides integrated intake that completes comprehensive assessments of individuals/families for Children and Youth Services and Mental Health to determine the appropriate level of service to meet individual needs. Investigates child abuse and neglect.

The Base Service Unit Program (BSU) is designed to identify needs of individuals and link them to resources through an assessment with an administrative case manager (ACM). Individuals that require less intensive support will continue to work with our ACM, should they need more intensive support they will be referred to Service Access Management for Intensive Case Management.

An assessment Unit provides or connects clients with appropriate services. The case management staff provides ongoing support to the individual and the family. Contracted provider agencies offer a variety of general and intensive services in the community. 24-hour crisis intervention also available.

Also, helps individuals learn to regulate their emotions, develop coping skills, and improve self-control, Play therapy is often used with children with developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder (ASD), or other special needs. Beneficial for children experiencing major life changes such as parental divorce, relocation, loss of a loved one, or changes in family structure.

Provides in person crisis and mobile crisis services.
