Provides an adult day program. Participants develop living skills such as housekeeping, shopping, and cooking. Participants also develop intellectual skills, including basic academics and pre-vocational skills. Self-reliance and integration in the surrounding community are other important elements of the program.

Offers classes to help adults to improve their reading, writing, and math skills in order to pass the GED or High School Equivalency tests, gain or improve employment, or transition to postsecondary schools. English as a Second Language classes are also available to community members.

Provides a telephone crisis hotline.

Offers the Freedom From Smoking program developed by the American Lung Association to help individuals quit smoking, manage nicotine addiction, and develop a smoke-free lifestyle. Provides free one-on-one tobacco treatment planning sessions for Adams and York County residents, including nicotine dependence assessment, review of previous quit attempts, coping strategies, and development of an individualized quit plan. Offers a self-guided smoking cessation program and referrals to the Pennsylvania Quitline.

Offers a Licensed Prevocational Program in which individuals are in a sheltered setting and have the opportunity to attend vocational day programming. Provides learning job skills, communication skills, and coping skills. Tries to provide an atmosphere that is closest to a real work environment in the community.

Program includes a choice Food Pantry, Holiday Meals, Meal Pack program and Free Summer Lunch Program.

Child care for children ages 6 weeks to the start of kindergarten. Program is offered year round, Monday through Friday, 6:30am to 6:30pm.
