Provides free food to those in need.

Provides temporary housing up to 30 days in a shelter is available to homeless individuals or families. Participants receive coordinated services designed to help move clients from temporary to permanent housing.

Offers safe space for individuals experiencing homelessness to receive clothing and hygiene items, social services, spend time in community, charge electronic devices, shower, and get assistance with obtaining ID documents, and information about/referral to other resources.

Services include:

• Development and enforcement of OSHA regulations in places of private & federal employment
• Investigation of all complaints involving safety and health hazards at places of employment both private and federal
• Has a contract with Indiana University of Pennsylvania's Safety Sciences Department to provide free on-site consultations to private employers at their request
• Also has a resource center on occupational safety and health, which includes written and audio visual materials

Offers a collection of more than 6 million items, ranging from books and magazines to art, music, film, and other media. Also provides computers for public use, Internet access, and printing/ copying services. Hosts a variety of cultural and educational events and programs.

Provides education services for children from preschool through 6th grade.

Provides lessons to learn the skills of riding a horse, including grooming and putting equipment on the horse as part of each riding session.

Provides Lifeguard Training (lifeguard course with aquatic-specific First Aid, CPR, and AED training), CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer, and First Aid training.

Supports students with communication disorders and sensory impairments. Offers comprehensive programming for students with visual impairment, hearing impairment, and speech-language impairment.

Offers new and gently used clothes for children sizes newborn to 18 to those in need of clothing. Families are able to visit the closet every other month.

Provides clinical treatment and trauma-focused care for children and adolescents who have experienced loss, trauma, and significant challenges.

Serves community meals including a hot breakfast 4 mornings a week and a hot dinner with a main course, side dishes, and dessert 5-6 days a week.

The Work Ordered Day Program consists of six work units: Clerical, Food Service, Education, Administrative, and Transitional Employment. New members may choose to experience each unit during an orientation period in order to determine which area is of greatest interest to them. The Clerical Unit’s duties involve receptionist work, scheduling of appointments, outreach, and member intakes and orientation. Computers are available for training in word processing, database development, preparation of monthly newsletters, and research. Additional responsibilities include Database Management, Network Management, Internet Services, Web site Administration and Computer User Technical Support. Finally, this unit is also responsible for the ordering of supplies, photocopying and filing. The vanAmerigen Food Service Unit’s responsibilities include meal preparation, grocery shopping, menu planning, outreach, cashiering, bank deposits, financial procedures, and operation of food service equipment and maintenanc

Offers a Consumer Driven Mental Health Drop-In-Center (DIC) whose purpose is for consumers to share friendship, a warm environment and a place to increase their personal socialization with peers who have similar life experiences.
