Offers vendor transportation or mileage reimbursement to help you get to medical care or services from a Medical Assistance provider. Required to provide individuals with the least expensive, most appropriate transportation service available that will meet needs. Services can be used to go to medical appointments or to get to any service Medical Assistance pays for. These medical services include: medical and dental visits, trips to the pharmacy to get prescriptions, mental health treatment, drug & alcohol treatment, and trips to medical equipment suppliers.

Assists individuals with low incomes in applying for pardons and expungement of old, non-violent, non-sexual criminal records.

Provides legal advocacy and accompaniment for survivors and victims of sexual assault, domestic violence, human trafficking, and other crimes at Protection from Abuse hearings, magistrate hearings, and trials.

Provides both financial and tutoring assistance to our clients. Services include assistance with applying for scholarships and government financial assistance, and with tuition payments and book expenses when necessary. After School Tutoring offered by volunteers, providing both parents and children tutoring services on evenings and weekends, as well by appointment.

Utilizes the National Incident Management System (NIMS) to manage resources and coordinate responsible entities; through planning, training, exercising, and public education for pre-disaster to post-disaster mitigation. Takes an all-hazards approach to community preparedness, response, recovery, and mitigation processes through its day to day operations.

Staff meet people with mental health challenges in the settings of their choice and focus on helping people develop skills and access resources needed to reach their recovery goals.

Municipal office

Provides one supplemental food box per month per household. Additional Emergency Food Boxes are distributed on a case by case basis.

Provides two levels of care through the Drug and Alcohol Recovery Program: Intensive Outpatient Services; and Outpatient Services. A) Intensive Outpatient (IOP) services include an one-hour individual therapy session, and three, 3-hour group sessions per week. B) The less intense Outpatient (OP) services include an one-hour individual therapy session and two, 2-hour group sessions per week.

Services include general and pediatric dentistry, crowns, dentures, comprehensive examinations, thorough cleaning (prophylaxis), x-rays, periodontal care, and more.
