The goal of Free2BMom is to improve outcomes for mom and baby by reducing stigma and helping new moms or pregnant individuals face all the normal challenges of being a new parent. As well as overcome other obstacles of navigating care, including access to physical and behavioral healthcare, treatment for SUD, transportation, and connection to community resources. Enrolled individuals will receive case management for a period up to 2 years by a master’s level social worker (BHCM) and a certified recovery specialist (CRS).
