This Magisterial District covers the boroughs of LeRaysville, Rome and Wyalusing as well as the townships of Asylum, Herrick, Litchfield, Orwell, Pike, Rome, Standing Stone, Stevens, Terry, Tuscarora, Warren, Wilmot, Windham, Wyalusing and Wysox.

Responsible for the administration, education, and enforcement of labor laws.

Offers parenting education and materials and youth leadership initiaves to prevent substance use and emotional health crisis among youth.

Provides non-emergency medical transportation, including transfers from hospital to home or a skilled nursing facility; also offers accessible transportation to and from medical and dental appointments, and for various other needs.

Provides diagnostic and treatment services for people whose illnesses or injuries require that they occupy a bed for at least one night.

Offers case management/service coordination, referrals and consultation; supported and community living arrangements; and vocational services.

Provides short, moderate and long term non-hospital residential treatment for male adults who are experiencing problems with chemical dependency.

Provides individuals struggling with addiction and co-occurring mental health issues with help to build a strong foundation for long-term recovery. Offers assistance with parenting skills, housekeeping skills, behavior management, job search, money management/budgeting, drug/alcohol education, family, marriage, and individual therapy, conflict resolution, anger management, communication skills, and domestic violence support services.

Offers counseling from a Christian perspective, tutoring: homework help, skills building - on-job interviewing, following your dreams, living with confidence, youth group gathering, and marriage counseling.

Provides a monthly event offering free food, a hot meal, clothing, hygiene items and housing referrals for homeless veterans. Volunteers and donated items accepted.

Offers peer-to-peer program that facilitates connections between caregivers to gain a continuum of support.

Prescreens and check pre-requisites for class opportunities in nursing aide, trucking, and forklift.

Answers questions and handles complaints regarding sales of hearing aids in Pennsylvania (Does not provide financial aid).

Provides eligibility screening and filing of SNAP and WIC applications.

Provides shared-ride transportation to medical appointments, senior centers, and senior center sponsored activities (such as group grocery shopping and other social activities).

Connects volunteer drivers with seniors (60+) who need a lift to medical appointments, classes, grocery shopping, religious services, or social activities. Must be enrolled in the program and give advance notice of one week per request.

This program serves free prepared meals to individuals and families.

This on-demand, curb-to-curb service allows anyone to request a shared ride using a smartphone app in two designated service areas in Monroe County. PonyPlus buses will be instantly recognizable by colorful graphics and logos, and drivers have all been vetted by MCTA for the safety of our passengers. All vehicles are ADA accessible and have a secure position for one wheelchair. Passengers traveling with children under age 8 must supply and install the appropriate car seat or booster seat.
