Meeting format is based on 12-step program for those addicted to unmanageable sexual, romantic, relationship behavior which is disrupting their lives. The program has helpful literature, a "big book" like AA, meetings are a network of willing support, workshops, conventions and tools to help people find positive ways to deal with the problems that cause them to turn to sex and "love" as an escape.

The Guardianship Program enhances the quality of life and protects the interests of our most vulnerable adult and aged community members. FSA NEPA provides services to persons age 18 years of age and over who have been declared incapacitated by the court in keeping with the Guardianship Act. Provides specialized services for individuals who have sexual behavior problems and/or who have been charged with or convicted of sexual offenses.

Provides comprehensive care and treatment for individuals living with HIV, or individuals who may be at risk of contracting HIV Services include: medical care, dental care, medical case management, behavioral health counseling, medication assisted treatment and HIV prevention in the forms of PrEP and PEP. We also offer free and confidential HIV testing, walk-in or by appointment, with results in as little as one minute.

Assists consumers in understanding medical bill and payment process for services rendered at any of Keystone Health practices.

Provides intensive therapeutic services to a child and family in settings other than a provider agency or office such as the home or school.

Provides non-skilled In-Home Caregivers to help clients gain and maintain new independence in essential activities of daily life. Services includes bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, food prep, shopping and errands, light housekeeping, socializing, encouraging engagement, and respite for family caregivers.

Provides eligible individuals with vouchers to purchase Pennsylvania-grown produce at participating farmers’ markets and farm stands. Cognitive behavioral therapy groups focus on changing cognitive perspectives, improving social kills and anger management as well as problem solving. Milford Group sessions take place on Thursday from 12:00pm to 1:00pm.
