Preserves the historical documents of York County and provides access to these documents to the general public. Will copy documents, when possible. • Investigation of all complaints involving safety and health hazards at places of employment both private and federal
• Has a contract with Indiana University of Pennsylvania's Safety Sciences Department to provide free on-site consultations to private employers at their request
• Also has a resource center on occupational safety and health, which includes written and audio visual materials

Offers support groups for families who have children with disabilities.

Provides in-home services to infants and toddlers (birth to age 3) with complex developmental challenges, delays, or disabilities. Specific interventions may include physical therapy, speech therapy, occupational therapy, nutrition instruction, social work, and special instruction provided by a qualified teacher.
