• Bikes for All: low-income individuals, formerly incarcerated persons, and refugees can get access to affordable and practical transportation
• Youth Bike Workshop: Provides open shop time for youth to come and use shop amenities during designated times, keeping their repair skills sharp
• Adult Mechanic Class: Provides students with an opportunity to get guided experience under the instruction and guidance of experienced bicycle technicians; Geared for the 18+ crowd
• Co-op space where individuals can refurbish a bike under the eye of experienced mechanics as a low-cost option to earning their own bike
• Wheels through the years: Gives elementary-aged children in the School District of Lancaster a bike of their own.

Handles fugitives and extradition, forensic examination of mobile phones and computers, central booking, drug asset forfeiture, DUI grant(includes checkpoint and cops in shops), precious metals reporting, assisting Lebanon County police with criminal investigations and crime scenes, naloxone grant, manage the Rx drug drop boxes in Lebanon County, and manages the county accident reconstruction team.

A proactive and supportive group for men living with or surviving a cancer diagnosis. Monthly support group.

Helps young adults in foster care (or young adults who have had experience in foster care for at least 30 days after their 14th birthday) transition to adulthood. Youth may be able to receive services to live independently and develop life skills while planning for the future. If a youth has aged out of the services after being in an out-of-home-care placement with the Office of Children, Youth and Families, they may reconnect with supports through the Transition Age Youth network. Services are provided by Education Liaisons and Transition Planning Caseworkers.

Provides high-quality early learning and school readiness experiences for 3 and 4-year olds in center-based classes to help them grow intellectually, physically, socially, and emotionally. The program encourages parental participation in activities. Classes meet five days a week for ten months during the school year.

The PA CareerLink is a one-stop job center that provides an array of employment and training services in a convenient, easily accessible location. Services include job counseling, testing and assessment; resume preparation assistance, interview training and other prejob guidance services; job matching and referral; unemployment insurance and job registration; labor market and career information; information on financial aid for education and training; and referral for job training, transportation, child care, personal and financial counseling, health care and other human services resources in the community.

Emergency Direct Assistance for financially struggling individuals and families in crisis seeking assistance for such things as food, clothing, shelter, rent, household utility expenses and similar miscellaneous living needs. May also offer seasonal assistance, such as Back-to-School and Project Bundle-Up where funds are available.
