Program offers successful employment and personal skills development opportunities to help individuals improve their ability to "earn, keep, and grow" a steady family-supporting income. Customers are provided with case management and referred to other services such as skill and behavior assessment, support groups, life skills, GED instruction, counseling, substance abuse treatment, and others.

Additional services include college counseling, Saturday school, summer school, field trips, and social services for students and their families.

Connects with clients via telephone, text, or chat and provide information about and referrals to programs in their community that can assist them with anything from help finding housing to help paying for utilities or food. We also offer information and connection for community members who need help accessing healthcare, mental health services, and many more.

Develops and implements creative alternatives to placing Medicaid-eligible individuals in medical facilities such as nursing homes and Community Residential Facilities (CRF). Recognize that many individuals who are at risk of being placed in a medical facility can be cared for in their natural homes and communities through the use of home and community-based waiver programs.

Offers check ups for reproductive/sexual health problems, breast exams, cervical cancer screening, mammogram referrals, Pap test, other women's health services.

Provides a range of activities for consumers with psychiatric disabilities that have resulted in significant levels of functional impairment. Assists members and families with service coordination, linkage to resources or other needed services and mental health advocacy.

Winter outerwear items for financially qualifying children and older adults.

Offers recreation including arts, crafts, and homework supervision, with transportation to and from school.

Offers public library services including loan of books, magazines, and videos. Special programs include public access computers, story-time for children, summer reading clubs, and internet training. Fax services, public meeting rooms, copy machine.

Provides protection from abuse assistance, accompaniment and transportation to court hearings.
