Contact information to secure an application may be accessed from any affiliated church pastor or at Schuylkill Haven Borough Hall. Likewise, pass through travelers incurring an emergency may inquire from the Schuylkill Haven or PA State Police about overnight lodging and food.

Applicants must agree to return to Service Access and Management for long term housing planning and assistance. In cases where children are involved, Service Access and Management, Inc. will immediately report the case to Children and Youth Services prior to issuing a motel voucher.

This service may also allow for hotel/motel vouchers in order to provide shelter to homeless individuals. Sullivan County households can be assisted once a year through this program while funds are available and on a first come first serve basis.
