Assesses eligibility for housing programs for people experiencing literal homelessness in Allegheny County.

Provides for the basic needs of disadvantaged men experiencing homelessness and also equips them with the skills and resources they need to achieve a fulfilling life, a lifestyle of recovery from addiction, a good job, permanent housing, and long-term success as productive, contributing members of our community.

Serves as a primary provider of emergency housing to persons and families experiencing homelessness in Delaware County. Operates three homeless shelters and makes referrals to other programs as well.

Community rehousing program for single men and single women, 18 years and older, as well as 3 family units Program is generally for up to 90 days. Guests will receive case management for ensuring their transition from homelessness into permanent housing. Guests are required to complete a Housing Stabilization Plan and participate in the following services, 1) Life skill Classes, 2) Guests Meetings and 3) Case management meetings.

Offers an all girls transitional, step-down from residential care that prepares youth for independent living. Provides youths who are at higher risk of homelessness with the tools and support needed to become successful adults. Prioritizes those in care who have been deemed inappropriate for foster care and/or adoption typically due to their age and past mental health history, but who longs for a life lived outside of chronic residential treatment facility or shelter placement.

Provides a single point of contact for all coordinated entry housing and shelter needs in Chester County. Completes intake for services and provides referrals for appropriate housing resources.

Provides coordinated entry services as the centralized point of information, assessment, and referral services for people experiencing a housing-related crisis.
