Assists homeowners facing foreclosure. Provides early court intervention for owner-occupied residential mortgage cases, helping homeowners explore options to retain their properties or, if necessary, allow lenders to proceed to Sheriff Sale. SCA counselors provide skilled support and representation, assisting homeowners in negotiating repayment terms, loan modifications, and other solutions to resolve mortgage defaults.
