Services include: - Budgeting and Financial Counseling: Guidance to manage finances and achieve housing stability. - Mortgage and Foreclosure Prevention: Support for homeowners facing foreclosure, including assistance with HEMAP. - HECM (Reverse Mortgage) Counseling: For older homeowners considering a Home Equity Conversion Mortgage. - Eviction Prevention: Strategies and referrals to help renters avoid losing their housing. - Predatory Lending Education: Identify and avoid risky lending practices. - Housing Options for Buyers & Renters: Counseling and resources to explore affordable housing, first-time homebuying, and rental opportunities. All services comply with Equal Housing Opportunity guidelines.
