Offers private, semi-private dormitory-style accommodations with shared facilities in two building in a community living environment. The program includes shelter, meals, counseling, access to needed services and opportunities for socialization.

Allows low and middle-income persons to buy a home of their own. CAADC first buys and renovates the home. All homes in the program are completely rehabilitated and meet or exceed local codes. In most cases, the homes have all new plumbing, heating and electrical systems as well as new kitchens, baths, flooring, windows and more. The homes are then sold to income-eligible families. Sale prices range from $100,000 to $150,000.

OIC's Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program helps veterans find a job and connect to housing. Services include one-on-one vocational counseling, job training opportunities, resume preparation, job search assistance in our computer lab, free literacy classes, workshops on employment readiness, networking and career workshops, financial literacy workshops, transportation and clothing assistance, as well as a job and housing locators.

A counselor helps program participants to develop and implement action plans which contain specific goals and objectives for self-sufficiency and the steps which participants need to take to achieve these goals. The case manager works on an individual basis with each participant, linking them to key services, monitoring their progress, and guiding them on their personally designed paths toward self-sufficiency.

Provides supportive transitional and permanent housing for homeless or at-risk Veterans. Also serves homeless veterans with dual diagnoses (mental health and drug/alcohol addiction).

The Cradle Pregnancy Resource Center (CPRC) offers counseling and decision-making support to mothers who are pregnant and are feeling overwhelmed by their pregnancy. For those who are still unsure what they are going to do about their pregnancy, the staff and volunteers at CPRC offer guidance and support and information about the choices available to pregnant women and new mothers, and a host of services to assist them, including: A) Pregnancy Testing and Counseling B) Housing Assistance C) Parenting Classes D) Assistance applying for state assistance, subsidized child care, and subsidized housing E) Adoption assistance, birth support groups, doulas, adoption services, anger management, medical care, long term counseling, etc. F) Baby clothes, diapers, & formula
