OIC's Homeless Veterans Reintegration Program helps veterans find a job and connect to housing. Services include one-on-one vocational counseling, job training opportunities, resume preparation, job search assistance in our computer lab, free literacy classes, workshops on employment readiness, networking and career workshops, financial literacy workshops, transportation and clothing assistance, as well as a job and housing locators.

Allows low and middle-income persons to buy a home of their own. CAADC first buys and renovates the home. All homes in the program are completely rehabilitated and meet or exceed local codes. In most cases, the homes have all new plumbing, heating and electrical systems as well as new kitchens, baths, flooring, windows and more.
