Guests are normally with the program for 90 days (ish) D) Life Change Program – residential program for men. Participants are usually with the program for one year or more. E) Respite Care – for those men that have lost their housing AND are managing a serious medical diagnosis (ex. stage 4 stomach cancer) F) Senior homelessness – men over the age of 60 that are experiencing homelessness (often for the first time). The program provides case management to assist with senior housing applications, social security challenges, health care issues, etc. Senior guests typically stay until they can be moved into long-term affordable senior housing. G) Relocation program – a male guest that is trying to get to a different part of the country where they may have family or other support systems. Case managers work with them to rebuild the relationship to reconnect with those family member, and build a plan to get them back to their family.

Program provides 16 fully furnished apartments for homeless women, three of which can accommodate a homeless woman and child. Rents are calculated at 30% of the participant's income. Residents may remain in the program for up to 18 months. Case management is provided on site on a weekly basis to program residents and is geared toward assisting residents to attain self sufficiency in order to transition from homelessness to permanent housing.

Operates five homes in the Lehigh Valley area to help women survivors of sex trafficking and sexual exploitation throughout their journey - helping them to start over, to begin to heal and providing them with the hope to transition to a better life. The Heather and Jasmine Houses are two-year residential programs for women survivors of sex trafficking, sexual exploitation and addiction. These homes provide structure and support to heal, empower and employ women survivors through safe housing, trauma-informed programming, partnerships with treatment providers, vocational and educational training, and ongoing connections with a growing community of supporters that believe it's never too late to start over. Program includes case management and supportive services. Families at HEARTH are required to select an employment or education pathway to permanent housing.

Offers an all girls transitional, step-down from residential care that prepares youth for independent living. Provides youths who are at higher risk of homelessness with the tools and support needed to become successful adults. Prioritizes those in care who have been deemed inappropriate for foster care and/or adoption typically due to their age and past mental health history, but who longs for a life lived outside of chronic residential treatment facility or shelter placement.
