Provides a safe and reliable vehicle to eligible working adults with low-income and transportation needs.
Helps teach financial literacy and responsibility, while providing guidance, and ultimately helping to cover the costs associated with permanent transportation. Offers vehicle repair/purchase up to $2,000 and new driver assistance including, up to $1,000 for new drivers including licensing and education.

Helps client to buy a vehicle that is a proven necessity for maintaining employment or education.
Provides previously owned vehicles to approved clients so that they can find and keep steady employment or have transportation to vital medical appointments. If applicants are not currently employed, must have a start date at a new job in order to apply. Will be required to show proof of ability to insure and maintain the car. When awarded a vehicle, individual is responsible to earn a predetermined amount of assistance credits by working in the HandUP Store or Recycling Center. Program availability is dependant on available donated vehicles.
Provides emergency financial assistance for rent, utility bills, medications, auto repair, and fuel. Payment is made directly to vendor.
