Provides paratransit service to individuals with an eligible disability traveling within the public bus service areas of Westmoreland County. The paratransit service will be provided to all individuals certified as eligible, from origins and destination within 3/4 mile corridors of existing bus routes.

Offers curb-to-curb and door-to-door service for riders requiring a wheelchair lift and unable to use a fixed route bus.

Provides hot meals on a regular basis and opportunities for recreation and socialization.

Drivers, specially trained in sighted guide techniques, provide door to door transportation to doctor appointments, supermarkets, banks, and other locations related to receipt of service.

Through the Shared-Ride Program for Persons with Disabilities (PwD), clients who are between the ages of 18 and 64 and have a documented disability are able to ride the ACTS buses for a reduced fare. This service offers clients door to door service for their transportation needs.

Offers reduced fare, shared-ride transportation to persons with disabilities as defined by the Americans with Disabilities Act. Program can be used for medical trips if you are ineligible for the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP). PWD can also be used for trips to work, social events, shopping and most other trip needs. No out of county trips.

Provides veterans with In-home personal care services, assistance with grocery shopping and meal preparations/feeding, assistance with personal hygiene routine and dressing, providing medication reminders, transportation and assistance with doctor's appointments, help with managing cleaning the home and laundry, community support services, access to wellness group activities, opportunities for social interaction, training sessions supporting independent living, assistive technology

Provides a shared-ride transportation program. Sharing a ride with another client requires flexibility to leave early or arrive home later because multiple schedules have to be coordinated. Door-to-door service is offered, provided there's a clear and safe pathway from the client's home to the bus door, and the lane or driveway is safe for both buses and transporting clients.

Provides non-emergency paratransit transportation to medical appointment. Transportation is available to travel anywhere within the service area.

Offers transportation to our vision-impaired clients to medical appointments and essential community resources, and transportation to our low vision and diabetic support groups, which are held quarterly. Provides support services encompassing a variety of activities, from organizing shopping lists and household items to reading mail and assisting clients with paying bills.

Provides a door to door, advanced registration program that services all persons of Mercer County.

Provides fully escorted, door to door service doctor appointments, supermarkets, banks, and to locations related to receipt of service. Service based on availability of drivers.

Provides individuals with rides to medical appointments, shopping, recreational activities, jobs, and appointments at social service agencies.

Transportation service is offered to qualified individuals with intellectual disabilities/autism needing non-medical transportation. Service provided on case by case situational basis.

Provides transportation for individuals whose disability prevents them from using a public bus, by providing taxi services that mirrors the public bus service.

Provides non-medical assistance with activities of daily living to allow individuals to continue living independently in their own homes. Services may include friendly visiting, housekeeping, meal prep, personal care, and transportation.

Offers transportation options to specific waivered participants, in addition to other contracts, through community service providers.
