Handles the financial, medical and private affairs of individuals who need assistance or are not able to handle their personal affairs. Services include power of attorney, guardianship, case management, estate management and planning, medical advocacy and decision making, placement in housing or nursing facility, counseling with families, paying bills, trustee services, and other ancillary services depending on need.

Offers financial management and counseling. The level of support provided is based on individual needs. Services may include developing and implementing budgets, resolving past debts while establishing good credit, coordinating with the Social Security Administration and the Department of Health and Human Services, and accessing other community and financial resources.

Helps individuals regain financial stability by preparing and sending payment for day-to-day expenses ensuring essential bills are paid, offer needed resources and referrals, and reconciling accounts, recording expenses, and making reports to the Social Security Adminstration as needed.

Assists individuals with money management using a safe and organized approach that includes the management of checking accounts, tracking and maintenance of payments and savings and allocation of money for day-to-day living expenses, while adhering to the Social Security Administration's accounting guidelines.

Offers financial management services to individuals with mental and/or behavioral health issues who have had difficulty with managing their own finances. Provides an assistant to help clients with services like paying bills on time to help them live independently in the community.

Assists clients with guardianship needs and services for elderly.

Helps to establish a weekly/monthly budget, creates personal bank accounts and reconciles the statements, verifies and pays bills, and ensures the individual has personal spending money.

Assists clients with budgeting and managing finances, paying bills, and completing documents for the Social Security Administration, County Assistance Office, etc. The goal is to work with eligible individuals to maintain housing, secure food, medications, and clothing.

Provides payee services to mental health consumers who receive Social Security, Supplemental Security Income or Social Security Disability payments.

Assists consumers receiving Social Security benefits and who are struggling to manage their Social Security and Disability payments. Consumers are provided with hands-on assistance with monetary tasks such as budgeting, paying bills, enrollment in assistance programs and debt reduction.

Assists consumers of mental health services who are unable to handle personal finances. A representative payee is designated to receive a consumer's benefit and/or other income payments and then assumes responsibility for managing tasks such as budgeting, bill paying, and distribution of spending money to the consumer.

The staff and consumer jointly prepare a budget to assist the consumer in managing their monthly expenses with the outcome of achieving financial stability.

Administers a Representative Payee Program for individuals living with HIV who receive Social Security benefits (SSI/SSDI) but are unable to manage their finances independently due to disability, instability, or other significant barriers.

Provides residential services and supports, for individuals 18 and older who have a mental health diagnosis. Also offers a supportive housing program.

Toiletries/personal grooming items provided as available. * Various rental assistance programs * Homeless Supportive Services: Provides intensive case management and referrals to other support services for single, adult, chronically homeless individuals. Assist street homeless men and women to connect to community resources as they strive to move from homelessness to self-sufficiency. * Social Security Representative Payee Program: Provides financial monitoring and fund administration to individuals receiving social security who are unable to manage their own finances.
