Assist street homeless men and women to connect to community resources as they strive to move from homelessness to self-sufficiency. * Social Security Representative Payee Program: Provides financial monitoring and fund administration to individuals receiving social security who are unable to manage their own finances.

Provides representative payee services, a system of financial and budgetary management for individuals who have a mental illness, individuals who have developmental disabilities, and older adults who are unable to manage their financial affairs or Social Security and other benefits..

Helps persons receiving Social Security or Supplemental Security Income (SSI) benefits manage their money. Services include: establishing an account for each individual, making sure that the individual receives maximum benefits possible, corresponding with families and assisting in paying off any debts the individual may have.

Provides payee services to mental health consumers who receive Social Security, Supplemental Security Income or Social Security Disability payments.

The staff and consumer jointly prepare a budget to assist the consumer in managing their monthly expenses with the outcome of achieving financial stability.

Offers financial management and counseling. The level of support provided is based on individual needs. A representative payee is designated to receive a consumer's benefit and/or other income payments and then assumes responsibility for managing tasks such as budgeting, bill paying, and distribution of spending money to the consumer.

Payees also assist with tracking and accounting for monies spent, budgeting, and tenant-landlord communications to ensure each individual receives the support necessary to live as independently as possible.
