UGI Customer Assistance Program (CAP) & Operation Share
These programs help UGI customers manage past-due gas utility bills through income- or usage-based payment agreements, with opportunities for arrearage and shortfall forgiveness.
Eligibility – UGI CAP & Operation Share
Total household income must not exceed monthly federal poverty guidelines
Must have an active UGI account and use UGI as primary gas supplier
Applicant must live at the property and have service in their name
Must have a verifiable source of income
