The Lifelong Learning Program is a literacy program is specifically developed for developmentally disabled adults. This 40-week program enables students to improve and maintain literacy skills which in turn enhance job performance. The program is available in West Chester at St. Agnes Church. This site also provides opportunities for individuals convicted of an offense who have been ordered to do community service in lieu of or in addition to incarceration or fines.

Kits aim to help PA Pre-K students from suffering the effects of summer slide during this important time in their development students are given learning materials to help reinforce the skills that they learned throughout the year and continue active learning during the summer.
