Also provides a recovery support center with community based self help programming for individuals experiencing a substance abuse disorder. Recovery Cafe provides a safe, sober place to socialize.

Preschool literacy program that provides children with a new, free, age-appropriate, hardcover book each month.

Provides books, educational toys, and twice-weekly home visits from Early Learning Specialists over the two-year program cycle. The Read to Pet Pal program helps children improve their literacy skills, confidence and self-esteem by reading to animals.

Offers a before and/or after school program for students grades K - 6 funded by Title I that offers support and encouragement for learning math and/or reading skills. It emphasizes study skills and learning strategies in small group instruction.

Provides summer learning literacy kits to children enrolled in PA Pre-K Counts classrooms. Kits aim to help PA Pre-K students from suffering the effects of summer slide during this important time in their development students are given learning materials to help reinforce the skills that they learned throughout the year and continue active learning during the summer.
