Provides temporary financial assistance to single individuals and families that are experiencing a housing crisis.

The Housing Partnership of Chester County provides our Fuel Assistance Program through donations from individuals and other organizations. This enables us to help applicants stay warm through the winter months. Qualified applicants will receive a one-time grant paid directly to the fuel provider (up to$500) that uses fuel oil, or propane for heat. Applicant must be owner of primary residence and may apply after receiving assistance from LIHEAP.

Provides emergency assistance for individuals and families in crisis seeking assistance for such things as food, rent, household utility expenses and similar miscellaneous living needs. Referrals made for assistance not offered at facility. May also offer seasonal assistance, such as Back-to-School and Project Bundle-Up where funds are available.
