Through their prescription savings card, Single Care works to make prescription medications more affordable for all families, so that no one ever has to make the hard choice between the medications they need, and other basics like food or rent.

Assist street homeless men and women to connect to community resources as they strive to move from homelessness to self-sufficiency. * Social Security Representative Payee Program: Provides financial monitoring and fund administration to individuals receiving social security who are unable to manage their own finances.

Provides rapid monetary assistance to transgender/gender-expansive individuals or the parents of transgender youth under the age of 18 residing with the parent. Includes one-time rent assistance, food assistance, mutual aid for utilities, car repair, trans-affirming medication, and bus passes. All payments are made directly to the vendor. Provides certain prescription medications free of charge or for a nominal fee. Assists in determining whether applicants may be eligible for manufacturers' programs, any current settlement programs, or other avenues of assistance.
