The rehabilitation program is composed of specialized rehab nurses, physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapists as well as social services, case managers and neuropsychology. Physiatrists (physical medicine physicians) and therapists are available seven days a week. The inpatient program provides an enriched environment that enhances patients' abilities to regain as much functional independence as possible to return to home or a community setting.
Provides skilled care and offers 24 hours/day, 7 days/week respiratory therapy with a pulmonary specialist. Staff specialties include neurology, orthopedic care, wound care, dysphasia and more. Ventilator and respiratory services include airway management, oxygen administration, trach care, weaning and pulmonary hygiene. Customized care is given meeting the needs of each resident as he or she progresses through therapy. Provides clinical programs, fine dining, recreational activities and amenities for residents. Post Acute Specialty Services offer specialized programs for residents recovering from a variety of illnesses and are committed to a personalized delivery of care by offering a range of unique programs tailored to individual needs. Trained to implement physician protocols based on each resident's medical diagnosis and recovery potential. Admissions - accepts most managed care, private pay and state funded programs.
