Certified Nurse Assistant Program-Inquire about our 10-week course that teaches medical terminology, math, classroom and skills training as well as clinical experience. Class is available only in West Chester. County OIC is a Certiport authorized testing center for Microsoft Office 2003 Specialist Certification exams. Certification is available in Word, OutlookR, Excel, and PowerPointR. Expert level certifications are offered for Word and Excel. Exams are available for Microsoft Office XP and Office 2003. Offers a free certification training and employment program in healthcare professions. Provides an eight-week training course for earning national certification in Phlebotomy and Medical Assistance. Classes are five days per week with a mix of lecture and lab work covering clinical and administrative skills needed for employment at hospitals, rehabilitation centers, nursing homes, blood banks, health care clinics, urgent care sites, and other healthcare centers.
Offers work experience in document destruction and recycling.

Operates an eight-month Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) program that provides young adults with work experiences and career-connected building trades training that aligns with partnering registered apprenticeship programs. Program graduates will complete 420+ hours of classroom learning with hands-on component and 300+ hours of work experience, and obtain nationally recognized certifications. Participants can earn $15 per hour on the weekends and can earn a $400 monthly incentive if they reach the required benchmarks.
Provides a workforce development program for adults experiencing a variety of barriers to employment while providing cost effective outsourced labor solutions to customers, including packaging, assembly, kitting, shrink-wrapping, and mailing.

The Wyoming County Family Resource Center Educator's Lab provides Early Childhood Educators and Parents with equipment to create materials they can use with their children. A variety of die cuts and a die cut machine, laminator, and a binding machine are available for use. Educational resources and videos can now be found on the HANDS webpage.

Offers eight-week pre-apprenticeship program designed to help individuals build the skill necessary to obtain good-paying careers in the building and construction trades, manufacturing, and energy sectors. Students receive six industry-recognized certifications and life skills training.
Offers earn-while-you-learn Apprentice Training for the Electrical Industry (ATEI), that combines on-the-job training (OTJ) and classroom training. Assigns new apprentices to a signatory employer and earn a paycheck while attending weekly related instruction and learning on-the job.
Provides training and instruction required to obtain the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians (NREMT) certification and for a career in emergency medical services. Includes lab work, crisis communication training, mental health first aid training, professional development workshops, study sessions, and career exposure. Holds classes 3 days per week at All-State Career School and 2 days a week at Congreso's Education & Training Center. Program is full-time and runs 12 weeks.
Services include mentoring and coaching on a variety of parenting issues such as the navigation of child custody, child support, visitation and parenting plans. Facilitates fatherhood workshops in both community and correctional settings.
