CSG offers a wide range of support for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. An Employment Training Specialist (ETS) is assigned to each individual. The ETS works one-on-one with the consumer to prepare him or her for the world of competitive employment. Basic job search skills including application/resume writing, and interviewing skills are addressed via Job Readiness Classes.

Operates a premier human resource organization specializing in the design and delivery of programs to assist persons with disabilities to achieve their greatest levels of independence through employment

The Haven Program for individuals with developmental (mental and intellectual) disabilities equips clients with skills needed for job readiness and maximizes their abilities to contribute to their community.

Provides employment training services that will support an individual in training, finding, and keeping a community job. Services include: Paid training program with competitive wages, Training evaluation and goals specific to individual needs, Employment Preparation (explores options, job placement plans, resumes, and interview prep, access to assistive technology), Job Search (search the local job market, contact employers, track job search), Job Placement (match with opportunities that meet job skills, educate employers about special needs), Follow-Along and Job Retention (on-the-job coaching and support, regular communication with employer within the first 30 days of employment, on-going job and skills training, advice on advancement or promotion), Employer Support (special needs education as it relates to workplace modifications, tax incentives for hiring individuals with disabilities), and Follow up services after the training program.

Assists employers in retaining, recruiting, and hiring qualified workers. Job seekers are assisted in finding competitive employment. Services include resume and interview preparation, job-seeking skill development, community-based assessments, work site analysis for accommodations, job coaching supports, and follow-up services.

Offers pre-employment vocational training, supported employment, and school-to-work transition services.

Provides janitorial vocational training services at Letterkenny to qualified persons. Upon acceptance to the program, trainees complete an initial one-day pre-training and during this time their wage is determined; their pay is performance-based. Trainees are then supervised by team crew leaders who provide continual job coaching and training. Trainees can remain in our program until they have met specific productivity and behavioral criteria. Once those criteria are met, the Employment Specialists are responsible for helping the trainee obtain competitive employment within the community.

Employment/Workforce Development program. Services include: * Career/employment planning assistance and guidance * Employment placement service * Wrap-around support services in support of workforce development * Career tracking and indefinite access to support * Job-finding assistance for all underserved populations (ex. Re-entry, Immigrant/Refugee, Disability, Seniors) * Provides all job-required clothing and transportion * Career and personality development support * Child care referrals * Skills training referrals

Offers food services to provide training and employment and prepare individuals for the competitive workplace. Takes food orders and more.

Ticket-to-Work service provider. Offers benefits counseling, career assessment, employment skills development, guidance and self-advocacy skill building in the job search process.

Services available include skills assessment, training, counseling, placement assistance, evaluation for assistive technology and ongoing support services. The Hiram G. Andrews Center offers post-secondary education at the Commonwealth Technical Institute, and also provides career opportunities and independent living skills. The Office of the Deaf and Hard of Hearing provides information, referral and advocacy to adults and children who are deaf or hard of hearing, as well as their employers, relatives and friends. An online database of qualified sign language interpreters is available.

Offers a wide array of non-residential community support programs for adults with specials needs including older adult learning centers, vocational needs, and other support programs and day programs.

Offers empowering, customized employment programs to assist youth and adults living with disabilities and chronic illnesses by preparing them for competitive employment and community integration. Services include job placement, follow-up after employment, and educational programs to assess employability.

Provides the following day programs for adults with intellectual and developmental disability (IDD): - Adult developmental services to increase independence in activities of daily living and community integration - Employment placement services for persons with developmental disabilities into competitive employment. Long-term support provided to employers as well as the employees.

Provides adults and youth with pre-employment activities, community work assessments, benefits counseling, job placement, job coaching, and follow-up job support services.

Direct and indirect services that are provided in a variety of settings for the purpose of supporting individuals with obtaining and sustaining competitive integrated employment. Supported employment includes activities such as training and supports that an individual requires, which may include career assessment, job finding/development, and/or job coaching supports. Advanced Supported Employment an enhanced version of supported employment services which include discovery, job development, and intensive job coaching and supports. Small Group Employment services that are designed to support an individual in transitioning to competitive integrated employment, which include a mobile work force, a work station in industry, affirmative industry, and enclaves.

Offers a one-year work preparatory program that assists individuals in preparing for and finding employment.
