Provides supports uniquely designed to meet individual desire and need. Both facility based, community integrated and virtual opportunities for personal growth and social interaction are offered. In addition, the Adult Day Service offers support to promote the continued development of communication and job readiness skills.

Manufactures, packaging and distributing products to the Federal Government and commercial customers. The AbilityOne Program creates employment opportunities for individuals who are blind or severely disabled. Business services include shredding, CD/DVD duplication and printing, custom logo USB flash drives, Flash drive and file preloading. They are also available as subcontractors for warehousing, distribution and shipping, light assembly, collating, packaging, and shrink wrapping.

Programs aid individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in searching for jobs, refining interviewing skills, and transitioning into the workforce through temporary employment positions. They focus on working with each person in the setting in which they are most comfortable. The Commerce Park Clubhouse offers a variety of employment opportunities such as Transitional Employment Positions (TEP)and Supported Employment, and also provides in-house support for those in Independent Employment. TEP’s and Supported Employment also receive Job Coaching, funded through OVR. Clubhouse administrators try to match members with positions that fit a member's needs and skill sets. Commerce Park Clubhouse has a wide variety of opportunities for members to get involved in everything from cooking to how to use a computer throughout the work day. Provides activities which helps to enable program participants to lead successful lives and connect to their community in meaningful ways. Utilizing both individual and small group settings, direct support professionals emphasize training activities that improve fine/gross motor coordination and promote independent care skills. Also offers the Work Activity Center. Program participants earn a paycheck while learning job skills and concepts. Through hands-on instruction, participants carry out contract work for area private companies.

Coordinates with various agencies and clients to identify and address specific support needs for individuals with disabilities. After evaluating each person's vocational goals, DEC assesses the individual's existing abilities and matches his or her interests and skill set to a relevant work environment. Placement in our Employment Services Program offers hands-on experience in the workplace with support along the way.

A vocational and psychiatric rehabilitation program - Learn skills that are useful in finding and maintaining employment within a supportive environment - Offers transitional, supported and independent employment

Offers services to help individuals with a mental health diagnosis rebuild their lives and regain skills related to employment, education, companionship, connections to their community, and self-respect. Some holiday, evening, and weekend services are available.

Offers residential programs, community-supported living programs, an adult day program, in-home services, supported employment training, and transportation to work sites.

Employs legally blind adults in positions of competitive employment

Provides services utilizing a wide assortment of activities and opportunities to promote functional skill development. Services are center and community based. Supports are individualized and self-determined by each adult.

Provides job skills training for adults with disabilities. Some examples are janitorial, food service (including catering), and lawn care skills training in the community at commercial and private sites. Training is provided at a ratio of one staff to 3 or 4 individuals.

Lessie's is operated by trained individuals with physical and/or developmental disabilities. These individuals learn all types of planting skills through our greenhouse supervisors and program specialist. The gift shop is decorated with gifts for all occasions including our special TRASH TO TREASURES!

Provides an integrated employment opportunity for outsourcing services for private industries. They are able to meet either short or long-term manpower needs by providing laborers at the job site, or within the MaxWorx facility.

A Community Participation Supports agency that provides facility-based and community-based employment, training, and placement for developmentally disabled adults. The primary goals are to enable the individuals to develop natural supports in the community that could lead to employment in their areas of interest and to increase independence and productivity within their current setting.
