Assists Pennsylvanians with disabilities in gaining the skills necessary to live and work independently in their communities. OVR services include: diagnostic services, vocational evaluation, vocational counseling, job training, medical services and assistive technology equipment to help clients pursue and achieve employment, and job placement assistance.

Programs aid individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in searching for jobs, refining interviewing skills, and transitioning into the workforce through temporary employment positions. They focus on working with each person in the setting in which they are most comfortable. The Commerce Park Clubhouse offers a variety of employment opportunities such as Transitional Employment Positions (TEP)and Supported Employment, and also provides in-house support for those in Independent Employment. TEP’s and Supported Employment also receive Job Coaching, funded through OVR. Clubhouse administrators try to match members with positions that fit a member's needs and skill sets. Commerce Park Clubhouse has a wide variety of opportunities for members to get involved in everything from cooking to how to use a computer throughout the work day. The Tower Cafe is a vocational training restaurant operated by Community Services Group.

A Community Participation Supports agency that provides facility-based and community-based employment, training, and placement for developmentally disabled adults. The primary goals are to enable the individuals to develop natural supports in the community that could lead to employment in their areas of interest and to increase independence and productivity within their current setting.

Serves as a community-supported agricultural (CSA) program for individuals with disabilities. Provides employment opportunities for adults who wish to work in an alternative context. Links the trainee farmer to the community in a real-world business relationship, and supplies the community with organically grown food options.

A vocational training program, which serves individuals with developmental and/or acquired disabilities. Individuals receiving vocational services through Habilitation, Inc. are eighteen years of age or older. The primary goal of the program is to assist each employee to reach their optimum level of vocational functioning, with the result leading to employment in the competitive work force. Provides an integrated environment, encouraging personal growth and independence for each individual. This enables our employees to pursue and strengthen their self esteem, self worth, and pride they will need to work in the competitive work environment. Supplemental Employment Habilitation, Inc.'s competitive employment division provides services to individuals who are interested in being competitively employed in the community. Pathways is a community habilitation adult training facility where individuals with developmental disabilities (mental health and intellectual disabilities) development of personal and social skills, independence and self-esteem, communication skills, and health maintenance.

Provides an integrated employment opportunity for outsourcing services for private industries. They are able to meet either short or long-term manpower needs by providing laborers at the job site, or within the MaxWorx facility.

Employs and trains indviduals with disabilites together with non-disabled workers to provide commercial facilities with customized cleaning to meet facility needs. All employees are professionally uniformed, trained, and supervised.

Lessie's is operated by trained individuals with physical and/or developmental disabilities. These individuals learn all types of planting skills through our greenhouse supervisors and program specialist. The gift shop is decorated with gifts for all occasions including our special TRASH TO TREASURES!

Provides hands-on vocational training, and helps individuals gain skills and confidence. Via offers a safe and productive environment where individuals work on a variety of projects, improve independence and enhance work skills.

Provides job readiness, career assessments, and customized employment for those who want to work and be financially independent.

Offers protection and advocacy services. Attends your child's IEP meeting. Provides support materials, resources on educational law, updates on current legislation, guidance on respite care for assisted living, resources on employment and transportation programs, and training workshops on a variety of subjects.

Provides sheltered employment for persons with disabilities. Vocational rehabilitation services includes evaluation, training, education, and placement. Ultimate goal is job placement. Evaluation for computer access, home modification, seating, and environmental control units available.
