Provides vocational programs for adults whose mental illness has impeded their emotional, social, economic and vocational development. Programs aid individuals in searching for jobs, refining interviewing skills and transitioning into a new job. They focus on working with each person in the setting most comfortable for the individual. The Commerce Park Clubhouse offers a variety of employment opportunities such as Transitional Employment Positions (TEP), Supported Employment and also provides in-house support for those in Independent Employment. TEPâs and Supported Employment also receive Job Coaching, funded through OVR. Commerce Park Clubhouse has a wide variety of opportunities for members to get involved in everything from cooking to how to use a computer throughout the work day. The Tower Cafe is a vocational training restaurant operated by Community Services Group.

The Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, or OVR, provides vocational rehabilitation services to help persons with disabilities prepare for, obtain, or maintain employment. OVR provides services to eligible individuals with disabilities, both directly and through a network of approved vendors. Services are provided on an individualized basis. The OVR counselor, during face-to-face interviews, assists customers in selecting their choice of vocational goals, services and service providers. An Individualized Plan for Employment (IPE) is developed, outlining a vocational objective, services, providers and responsibilities. Certain services are subject to a Financial Needs Test (FNT) and may require financial participation by the customer. Counseling and guidance, diagnostic services, assessments, information and referral, job development and placement, and personal services such as readers or sign language interpreters are provided at no cost to the individual. The PA CareerLink is a one-stop job center that provides an array of employment and training services in a convenient, easily accessible location. Services include job counseling, testing and assessment; resume preparation assistance, interview training and other prejob guidance services; job matching and referral; unemployment insurance and job registration; labor market and career information; information on financial aid for education and training; and referral for job training, transportation, child care, personal and financial counseling, health care and other human services resources in the community.

Offers services to help individuals with a mental health diagnosis rebuild their lives and regain skills related to employment, education, companionship, connections to their community, and self-respect. Some holiday, evening, and weekend services are available.

Pathways is a community habilitation adult training facility where individuals with developmental disabilities (mental health and intellectual disabilities) development of personal and social skills, independence and self-esteem, communication skills, and health maintenance.

Individuals with mental and intellectual disabilities who are in the Haven Program use their job readiness skills to operate the 4 C's cafe in the Clinton County Community Center.

Lessie's is operated by trained individuals with physical and/or developmental disabilities. These individuals learn all types of planting skills through our greenhouse supervisors and program specialist. Manufactures, packaging and distributing products to the Federal Government and commercial customers. The AbilityOne Program creates employment opportunities for individuals who are blind or severely disabled. Business services include shredding, CD/DVD duplication and printing, custom logo USB flash drives, Flash drive and file preloading. They are also available as subcontractors for warehousing, distribution and shipping, light assembly, collating, packaging, and shrink wrapping.

Supports individuals with disabilities in finding competitive employment in the community to enjoy a productive, inclusive, and fulfilling life, which may lead to self-sufficiency. Provides services such as individual assessment, career counseling, job referral, job development, job coaching, and ongoing support. Facilitates student transitions to the workforce and offers links to additional support and resources. Supplies assistive technology and coordinates transportation.

As part of their service delivery, they provide benefits counseling support to those individuals who receive SSI and/or SSDI to understand work's impact on their cash benefit and healthcare.
