Provides enhanced behavioral health treatment services to children and individuals up to age 18 who have a mental health diagnosis and/or Autism Spectrum Disorder. Offers family supportive services and counseling. Services can be provided in the child's home, community, or school.

Provides non-skilled In-Home Caregivers to help clients gain and maintain new independence in essential activities of daily life. Services includes bathing, dressing, toileting, mobility assistance, food prep, shopping and errands, light housekeeping, socializing, encouraging engagement, and respite for family caregivers.

Provides reimbursement for care giving expenses for people caring for parents, spouses, children or relatives that live at home. Benefits provided include: financial reimbursements, adult day care, skilled nursing and household expenses, home modification or assistive devices such as ramps and wheelchairs. Information and referral on resources, respite care, benefits counseling, caregiver training, and care coordination may also be available.

Offers many programs to assist seniors or their loved ones to meet their needs. Assessment services are provided to determine the level of care, needs and financial eligibility, of a consumer to enable the assessor to offer the most appropriate and adequate services available to ensure the consumer can remain in the community safely.
