Offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, developmental teaching by special instructors, and infant massage. PennCares preschools allow young children with and without disabilities to play, develop, and learn together while promoting a sense of belonging.

Offers an in-home early learning program for parents with children prenatal through kindergarten that focuses on supporting a parent’s role in promoting school readiness and healthy development. Provides activities for families, personal visits, group connections, child screening, and resource network.

Offers educational programs for children and their caregivers through different stages of development. Four programs are available based on age.

Offers free pre-abortion/prenatal screening with options counseling, pregnancy testing, and ultrasounds. Provides material support in the form of baby supplies and clothing that can be acquired using “Baby Bucks” earned in our birth-parenting classes. We have a one-time emergency supply support program as well.

Offers a home visiting program to assist parents in understanding their child’s development and encourages the use of activities that promote healthy growth in language, cognitive, motor, and social-emotional skills. Parent educators deliver services through personal visits, group connections, developmental screenings and a resource network.

A) Generations I: Provides Supervised Residential Housing for young mothers with one young child. B) Generations II: Provides Transitional Housing for young mothers with up to two young children. C) New Generations: Provides Permanent Supportive Housing for young mothers who have been identified as homeless, each with up to two children.
