PennCares - Early Intervention Services

Offers physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, developmental teaching by special instructors, and infant massage. PennCares preschools allow young children with and without disabilities to play, develop, and learn together while promoting a sense of belonging.

Northern Children's Services - Residential Programs

Provides residential services to young mothers and children in need at two residential facilities located on a campus in Roxborough. A) Generations I: Provides Supervised Residential Housing for young mothers with one young child. B) Generations II: Provides Transitional Housing for young mothers with up to two young children. C) New Generations: Provides Permanent Supportive Housing for young mothers who have been identified as homeless, each with up to two children.

Family Services of Montgomery County - Parents As Teachers

Offers a home visiting program to assist parents in understanding their child’s development and encourages the use of activities that promote healthy growth in language, cognitive, motor, and social-emotional skills. Parent educators deliver services through personal visits, group connections, developmental screenings and a resource network.

Human Life Services - Pregnancy Services

Offers free pre-abortion/prenatal screening with options counseling, pregnancy testing, and ultrasounds. Provides material support in the form of baby supplies and clothing that can be acquired using “Baby Bucks” earned in our birth-parenting classes. We have a one-time emergency supply support program as well.
