Exists to serve citizens by educating and addressing municipal questions and needs. This can be done in one of three ways: through their Treasury Office, Call Center or Website. - Treasury Office: Accepts payment of all City of Reading bills and fees except water (RAWA) bills and property taxes. Allows walk-ins and processes payments received by all City of Reading departments. Additionally, Treasury posts payments to applicable accounts, and provides account balances upon request. - Call Center: Manages the city toll-free phone number. Answers citizens questions and responds to citizens request. Log missed trash and recycling occurrences. Accept calls in English and Spanish. City government responsible for administration and management of city finances and services. Departments include Zoning and Planning, Community/Economic Development, Emergency Services, Health Bureau, Parks and Recreation, Recycling and Solid Waste, Public Works and Police. Open door policy allowing citizens to drop into Bethlehem City Hall the second Monday of each month from 9:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 3:00pm to speak with Mayor Robert Donchez. Chats will last 15 minutes. Available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limited to one visit each month. Located on the 2nd Floor of Building B.

Offers a variety of recreational opportunities and scenic experiences including three picnic areas with reservable pavilions, scenic observation decks, a playground, and a fitness trail. Offers a trail that is a 10-foot-wide compacted stone surface designed for hiking, bicycling, running, and horseback riding, as well as winter sports such as cross-country skiing and snowshoeing. Facilities along the trail include benches, picnic tables, and restrooms. Communities along the trail offer more extensive services and facilities.
Provides a park with a 360° views of the Susquehanna River and surrounding hills. Offers several multi-purpose trails, a paved hiking trail, picnic tables, and a restroom at the parking lot.

Operates a park that was previously one of 170 iron ore mines in York County. Offers one parking area and 1.5 miles of trails for visitors to explore. Home to four species of bats that use the former iron ore mines as their habitat. Ensures their hibernation environment remains undisturbed through a protective gate installed in partnership with the Pennsylvania Game Commission and Wildlife Conservation Fund.
