Features five reservable picnic pavilions, a playground, a volleyball court, and horseshoe pits near Lake Redman. Permits limited hunting with special permits. Maintains over 12 miles of multi-use trails for hiking, horseback riding, and mountain biking.

Departments include Zoning and Planning, Community/Economic Development, Emergency Services, Health Bureau, Parks and Recreation, Recycling and Solid Waste, Public Works and Police. Open door policy allowing citizens to drop into Bethlehem City Hall the second Monday of each month from 9:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 3:00pm to speak with Mayor Robert Donchez. Chats will last 15 minutes. Available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limited to one visit each month. Located on the 2nd Floor of Building B.
