Provides voluntary, short-term residential placement for adults in need of behavioral health services that are less restrictive than an inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Supports individuals in developing and achieving individual goals in order to resolve the acute crisis and achieve timely community reintegration.

Offers a residential program for adults with a diagnosis of serious mental illness. It is located within a 13 bed group home with staffing 24-hours a day, seven days a week and it provides residents with all their meals. The staff provide supportive counseling, personal care and grooming, and assistance with daily living tasks to residents and assistance with medications. The program empowers residents to make choices by focusing on their strengths.

Provides residential and outpatient programs for adults with psychiatric illness.

Serving Delaware and Philadelphia Counties, Elwynâs community-based clinical wraparound services are individually designed to include multiple disciplines in an effort to address the specific and unique challenges of the child. A clinical team of behavioral health professionals, which may include a behavioral specialist, lead clinician, mobile therapist and therapeutic support staff who offer families and children tools to succeed within their least-restrictive educational and living environment.

Provides a permanent home in four, two-bedroom apartments for people living with serious mental illness. Residents receive support including: medication management, therapeutic services, social interaction, support in maintaining a safe and healthy home, transportation, nutrition education, and service coordination. Residents maintain their own apartments with staff support.

Offers support for personal, spiritual, and social growth by facilitating activities that focus on skill development, wellness, and independence in residential settings.

Provides residential supported housing for individuals with severe mental illness, some levels include 24/7 staffing with mental health professionals.

Offers a 15-bed residential treatment facility for people who require mental health treatment and services on an on-going, 24-hour basis for up to 30 days. Provides a safe and supportive environment as an alternative to inpatient mental health hospitalization or as a step-down from it. Services are individually tailored to meet the client's needs and can include individual and group therapy, psychiatric services, and medication management. Clients are invited to join daily recreational activities.

Behavioral Health Services offers recovery-oriented services for adults and resiliency-oriented services for children. Includes 20 homes as well as Supported Living and Life Sharing. Provides a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where adults with disabilities can learn, grow, nurture relationships with their housemates, and actively participate in the community around them.

Provides housing options for individuals with a history of, as well as current, mental health needs. These options range from independent individual apartment living, through fully-supervised group living sites in both urban rural settings.

Provides residential rehabilitation and supportive housing for individuals with mental illness. Individuals participate in developing their own treatment plan and receive comprehensive mental health services while living in a community setting.

Provides residential treatment for adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual disabilities, including skills training, vocational and educational planning, counseling, peer support, and assessments to promote independence and empowerment.

From outpatient treatment to long-term residential care, our team supports you on your path to recovery. We offer individualized care for people with mild to severe mental health issues, including depression, anxiety and personality disorders. Mental Health Services include: Outpatient Treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, peer support services, partial hospitalization services, residential programs, vocational services and case management.

You will live in a home with other young men. On your first day in the home, you will be introduced to your treatment team, to the other residents and to the daily routine of the home. You will meet privately with a professionally credentialed clinician who will listen to your concerns, help you identify areas in your life that you would like to change and help you develop a plan to make these changes.

Provides counseling, therapy, and referral services; programs to address mental illness and developmental disorders; residential programs adults with mental illness or intellectual disabilities; and host home programs for children with emotional disturbances or intellectual disabilities.

Adult Residential Behavioral Health Program operates seven Personal Care Homes in Delaware County. All are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.
