Provides a permanent home in four, two-bedroom apartments for people living with serious mental illness. Residents receive support including: medication management, therapeutic services, social interaction, support in maintaining a safe and healthy home, transportation, nutrition education, and service coordination. Residents maintain their own apartments with staff support.

Offers a 15-bed residential treatment facility for people who require mental health treatment and services on an on-going, 24-hour basis for up to 30 days. Provides a safe and supportive environment as an alternative to inpatient mental health hospitalization or as a step-down from it. Services are individually tailored to meet the client's needs and can include individual and group therapy, psychiatric services, and medication management. Clients are invited to join daily recreational activities.

Offers a range of mental health residential services, including a short term intensive program designed to help clients avoid emergency hospitalization; a long term structured residence for older adults with chronic behavioral health diagnoses; and a behavioral health permanent support housing program that helps individuals with persistent mental health diagnoses live independently in the community.

Provides a range of housing options for those with serious and persistent mental illness, including both short-term, long-term and independent housing. A) Community Residential Reabilitation (CRR) Recovery based setting that is transitional and rehabilitative in purpose. Residential staff members assist residents in building skills that are necessary to move to a more independent setting. Residences consist of a cluster of shared apartments located throughout the community and support is provided at a Maximum level. Staff members are available on an on-call basis during the overnight hours. (Serves 14 individuals.) B)Long Term Housing Programs Quarters B Residential staff members assist residents with recovery goals, providing support in a quiet country setting. Residential setting offering 24/7 supervision and supports to help young adults learn to manage the symptons of their mental health condition(s) through individual and group therapy while simultaneously learning the necessary skill required to live sucessfully and independently. Individuals are assisted to gain employment and independent housing prior to leaving the program after 18 to 24 months.

Residential care provides assistance with tasks of daily living that includes: Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Transportation, Shopping, Maintaining Appointments, Recreational Activities, Money Management, Socialization, and Supervision of self-administered medications.

Provides residential treatment services to adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual disabilities. supervision of skills training, vocational/educational planning, psycho-social assessment, counseling and peer support in order to increase greater level of independence, interdependence, peer/family support and empowerment.

We offer individualized care for people with mild to severe mental health issues, including depression, anxiety and personality disorders. Mental Health Services include: Outpatient Treatment, psychiatric rehabilitation, peer support services, partial hospitalization services, residential programs, vocational services and case management.

New Options is a licensed personal care home that promotes clients' independence and integrity by providing a supportive community environment for elderly individuals who are mentally impaired, and who had been institutionalized. Clients are encouraged to function as independently as possible via making decisions and choices on activities of daily living and community participation.

Provides intensive, short-term residential treatment for individuals mental health and substance use use disorders.

Offers a residential program for adults with a diagnosis of serious mental illness. It is located within a 13 bed group home with staffing 24-hours a day, seven days a week and it provides residents with all their meals. The staff provide supportive counseling, personal care and grooming, and assistance with daily living tasks to residents and assistance with medications. The program empowers residents to make choices by focusing on their strengths.
