Offers a residential program for adults with a diagnosis of serious mental illness. It is located within a 13 bed group home with staffing 24-hours a day, seven days a week and it provides residents with all their meals. The staff provide supportive counseling, personal care and grooming, and assistance with daily living tasks to residents and assistance with medications. The program empowers residents to make choices by focusing on their strengths.

Provides outpatient psychiatric and crisis intervention services for children, adolescents, and adults.

Provides residential services including moderate-care community residential rehabilitation and supported living. Provides services and support by trained mental health professionals to assist residents in building skills of adult daily living and to gain greater independence, self-sufficiency, and self-confidence, as well as, to enhance overall recovery. A portion of the program is dedicated to serving Transition Age Youth (ages 18 to 26).

Gaudenzia provides specialized services to treat those with special or complex needs. Programs are designed for the chemically dependent and mentally ill person.

You will live in a home with other young men. On your first day in the home, you will be introduced to your treatment team, to the other residents and to the daily routine of the home. You will meet privately with a professionally credentialed clinician who will listen to your concerns, help you identify areas in your life that you would like to change and help you develop a plan to make these changes.

Devereux Pennsylvania Adult Services (formerly known as the "Whitlock Center") serves nearly 400 adults living in homes and apartments throughout southeast Pennsylvania, as well as in our Berwyn community. Our dedicated team of 600 staff, ranging from highly-specialized clinicians and nurses, to recreational and direct staff professionals, all work with one common goal: the happiness, self-fulfillment and social integration of each adult in our community.

Provides intensive, short-term residential treatment for individuals mental health and substance use use disorders.

Provides residential and outpatient treatment for individuals with substance use disorders. Licensed to offer high school instruction.

Edison Court residential programs serve a variety of mental health issues on our safe and secure campus.

Offers a range of mental health residential services, including a short term intensive program designed to help clients avoid emergency hospitalization; a long term structured residence for older adults with chronic behavioral health diagnoses; and a behavioral health permanent support housing program that helps individuals with persistent mental health diagnoses live independently in the community.

Offers drop-in centers where individuals go during the day to develop social and interpersonal skills and to enhance their integration into their community. Skill-building activities are available in the drop-in centers as well as social and recreational activities.

Provides 24 hour highly structured residential service for persons diagnosed with intellectual disabilities.

Residential setting offering 24/7 supervision and supports to help young adults learn to manage the symptons of their mental health condition(s) through individual and group therapy while simultaneously learning the necessary skill required to live sucessfully and independently. Individuals are assisted to gain employment and independent housing prior to leaving the program after 18 to 24 months.

Provides mental health care services sensitive to the values of the Plain Community. Offer a mental health residence at Green pasture for those who need the structure of a residence as well as outpatient services. Provides talk therapy, education and medication therapy. Completes psychological testing.

Provides voluntary, short-term residential placement for adults in need of behavioral health services that are less restrictive than an inpatient psychiatric hospitalization. Supports individuals in developing and achieving individual goals in order to resolve the acute crisis and achieve timely community reintegration.

Supports for Living provides services to over six hundred individuals with Intellectual and/or Developmental Disabilities (IDD) and intends to maximize growth and independence for all of the individuals we support. The services provided by Supports for Living in a variety of residential settings and service programs promote individualized health care, social development, employment, recreation, community integration and other aspects of daily living. Elwyn offers residential services and supports for daily living for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Chester, Delaware and Philadelphia counties. Residential options include campus living, community-based homes and apartments, supported living arrangements, in-home supports, life sharing and respite opportunities. In addition to these living options, Supports for Living offers a number of specialized residences, designed to provide the additional supports needed by residents with medical conditions or specific syndromes. Provides supervised, transitional group home and apartment structured environments for adult mental health consumers to learn community living skills with the goal of preparing them for independent living.

New Options is a licensed personal care home that promotes clients' independence and integrity by providing a supportive community environment for elderly individuals who are mentally impaired, and who had been institutionalized. Clients are encouraged to function as independently as possible via making decisions and choices on activities of daily living and community participation.

Adult Residential Behavioral Health Program operates seven Personal Care Homes in Delaware County. All are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.

Provides counseling, therapy, and referral services; programs to address mental illness and developmental disorders; residential programs adults with mental illness or intellectual disabilities; and host home programs for children with emotional disturbances or intellectual disabilities.

Offers a variety of residential services based on level of need, including Community Living Arrangements (CLA's) with direct support up to 24 hours/day; Supported Living Arrangements option for individuals with developmental disabilities who are capable of living safely and well with 29 hours or less of direct staff support per week; and Lifesharing which offers an opportunity for a person with disabilities to live as a valued member of a family.
