New Options is a licensed personal care home that promotes clients' independence and integrity by providing a supportive community environment for elderly individuals who are mentally impaired, and who had been institutionalized. Clients are encouraged to function as independently as possible via making decisions and choices on activities of daily living and community participation.

Services and supporting programs offered at the Coatesville Medical Center include: Community Residential Care, Mental Health Outpatient Clinic, Inpatient Psychiatry, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder treatment, Substance Abuse Treatment Drug/Alcohol, Domiciliary Care, and a Work Restoration program. We also provide outreach to homeless veterans.The Social Work program also offers counseling to veterans with drug, alcohol, and emotional problems, to help veterans and their families understand and adjust to an illness or disability, to veterans and family members who want to prepare advance directives and durable powers of attorney for health care or finances, to help veterans and their families cope with terminal illness,and to family members about legal issues such as commitment and guardianship.

Adult Residential Behavioral Health Program operates seven Personal Care Homes in Delaware County. All are licensed by the Pennsylvania Department of Human Services.

Offers a voluntary live-in program designed to help individuals overcome mental health disorders. Specializes in the areas of confidence and self-esteem, budgeting, personal hygiene, personal relationships, interaction with others, and medication management.

Provides supervised, transitional group home and apartment structured environments for adult mental health consumers to learn community living skills with the goal of preparing them for independent living.

Includes 20 homes as well as Supported Living and Life Sharing. Provides a safe, secure, and stimulating environment where adults with disabilities can learn, grow, nurture relationships with their housemates, and actively participate in the community around them.

Residential setting offering 24/7 supervision and supports to help young adults learn to manage the symptons of their mental health condition(s) through individual and group therapy while simultaneously learning the necessary skill required to live sucessfully and independently. Individuals are assisted to gain employment and independent housing prior to leaving the program after 18 to 24 months.

Provides residential treatment for adults with behavioral health needs and intellectual disabilities, including skills training, vocational and educational planning, counseling, peer support, and assessments to promote independence and empowerment.

Serving Delaware and Philadelphia Counties, Elwynâs community-based clinical wraparound services are individually designed to include multiple disciplines in an effort to address the specific and unique challenges of the child. A clinical team of behavioral health professionals, which may include a behavioral specialist, lead clinician, mobile therapist and therapeutic support staff who offer families and children tools to succeed within their least-restrictive educational and living environment.
