Provides staff-supported living arrangements alongside other clients with 24/7 care.

You will live in a home with other young men. On your first day in the home, you will be introduced to your treatment team, to the other residents and to the daily routine of the home. You will meet privately with a professionally credentialed clinician who will listen to your concerns, help you identify areas in your life that you would like to change and help you develop a plan to make these changes.

Crisis Residential Program (CRP) at Natale provides a safe, structured setting where adult patients with urgent/emergency needs can receive crisis stabilization. The CRP at Natale provides interim rehabilitative care and support to individuals with mental illness as an alternative to more restrictive inpatient admissions.

Provides supervised group home and apartment structured environments for adult mental health consumers to learn community living skills.

Offers a multi-disciplinary evaluation and rapid stabilization diverts individuals from more costly and restrictive inpatient hospitalization. As a step-up/down solution, the RTF at Natale is also a viable option for individuals who no longer meet inpatient criteria, but who need further treatment before returning to community life.

Offers a therapeutic, community-based residential program for adults with developmental disabilities and behavioral issues. This highly structured program provides rehabilitation for adults in need of intensive clinical/forensic treatment.

Offers a transitional residential housing program which provides 24-hour staff supervision and medication monitoring.

Residential setting offering 24/7 supervision and supports to help young adults learn to manage the symptons of their mental health condition(s) through individual and group therapy while simultaneously learning the necessary skill required to live sucessfully and independently. Offer a mental health residence at Green pasture for those who need the structure of a residence as well as outpatient services. Provides talk therapy, education and medication therapy. Completes psychological testing.

Provides a safe and supportive environment as an alternative to inpatient mental health hospitalization or as a step-down from it. Services are individually tailored to meet the client's needs and can include individual and group therapy, psychiatric services, and medication management. Clients are invited to join daily recreational activities.

Provides the opportunity for members to share in the work and financial responsibilities of a home and build the skills and confidence to fully embrace their recovery. For individuals who currently possess the skills to live independently and have a willingness to live in a group environment.

Serving Delaware and Philadelphia Counties, Elwynâs community-based clinical wraparound services are individually designed to include multiple disciplines in an effort to address the specific and unique challenges of the child. A clinical team of behavioral health professionals, which may include a behavioral specialist, lead clinician, mobile therapist and therapeutic support staff who offer families and children tools to succeed within their least-restrictive educational and living environment.
