Serves as a statewide network of people who use their own experiences with mental health and substance use to support others. Provides training and education about peer support and recovery, helps create peer support networking groups, and advocates for the needs of people who provide peer support.

Offers adult mental health consumers recovery-oriented opportunities to build academic, social, recreational/leisure, educational/vocational, and daily living skills. Provides psychoeducational group and individual learning opportunities, including money management, wellness, and arts and crafts.

Recovery plans focus on 11 skill areas. - 2 crisis beds for stays less than 5 days - 12 diversion beds for stays up to 45 days - 1 bed for a dually diagnosed with MH/ID hospital diversion

Peer specialists assists support on basic living skills, support and advocacy, developing a social network, and connecting clients to other services

Represents an innovative approach to gathering data by organizing teams of consumers and family members to affirm satisfactory services, identify gaps or trends in service provision, support providers in improving existing services, and identify consumer needs.

Promotes the concerns that affect the deaf and hard of hearing community. Provides sign language classes, interpreting, training on the use of TTY, and advocacy.
