Provides general education regarding energy conservation is available to all CAADC clients. Those that receive In-Home Energy or Water Conservation services also receive educational materials, information and advice to further reduce costs.

Assists with consumer complaints against PUC-regulated utility companies (including telephone complaints), utility bill payment plan negotiation, and utility disconnect programs. Offers electric, gas, and water service shutoff programs.

Monitors and regulates utility company behavior in the area of consumer complaints. Investigates consumer complaints against PUC-regulated utility companies (including telephone complaints).

Provides assistance to Butler County residents in resolving a home heating and energy crisis. Acts as a single point of contact for the many governmental, private and charitable funds that are available to address energy and related needs.

Energy conservation measures are installed to homes for utility customers experiencing high kilowatt usage. Energy education services are also provided.
