Located adjacent to the Lancaster County Environmental Center along Eshelman Mill Road in Central Park. Collections include over 4500 volumes of field guides, curriculum materials, videos, cassettes and periodicals. Numerous books on wildlife, natural history and Native Americans are also available.

Provides public library services, including books, Wi-Fi, and electronic resources. Also offers "Books-n-Bags" pickup: books may be requested via phone or online for pickup curbside. Serves as a warming/cooling center during periods of extreme cold/heat.
